A technician sent by Croma visited us but did not refill the gas. He also took ₹2000 in cash from us and left without resolving the issue. Cstmr support is not helping us. I have rgstrd a cmplt with the Consumer forum as well. Bad srv @cromaretail @avijitmitra @Claimservi26024

It's about 12 pm. And no query call I have rcvd from the Croma! Retail team is just txtng that we are lking frwd to this issue and doing nothing. My mthr is a bp patient and her bp is shting cntnusly in this heated wthr. But got no help. @cromaretail @avijitmitra @jagograhakjago

Bght LG Invrt AC frm Croma with 2yr AMC incld gas refilling. It’s been 4wk the issue is still unresolved. Techcn visited neither refilled gas nor fixed the AC and left it dismantled. Bad service & no resolution despite follow-ups. Plz help @CromaSupport @cromaretail @avijitmitra
