स्थानिक नागरिकांच्या सूचना आणि संकल्पना लक्षात घेऊन उद्यानांचा विकास करावा एन विभागातील उद्याने विकास विषयक आढावा बैठकीत मुंबईच्या महापौर श्रीमती रितू तावडे यांचे निर्देश 🔷मुंबईतील उद्याने ही मुंबईकरांच्या विश्रांतीची, मनोरंजनाची हक्काची ठिकाणे आहेत. चालणे, धावणे, व्यायाम, योगा आदींच्या माध्यमातून उद्याने, मैदाने ही सार्वजनिक आरोग्यासाठी महत्त्वाची आहेत. उद्यानांचा विकास आणि पुनर्विकास करताना स्थानिक नागरिकांच्या सूचना आणि संकल्पना लक्षात घेऊन विकास करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यादिशेने प्रशासनाने पावले उचलावीत. सर्व नगरसेवकांनी देखील आपापल्या परिसरातील उद्याने, मैदाने यांच्या विकासामध्ये लोकसहभाग रहावा, यासाठी प्रयत्न करावेत, असे उद्गार मुंबईच्या महापौर श्रीमती रितू तावडे यांनी काढले. एन विभागातील उद्याने विकासाच्या संकल्पना आणि आराखडे तयार करून लवकरात लवकर सादर करावेत, असे निर्देशही महापौर श्रीमती तावडे यांनी दिले आहेत. 🔷‘एन’ विभाग हद्दीतील विविध उद्याने तसेच मैदाने यांचा विकास करण्याच्या अनुषंगाने घाटकोपर स्थित एन विभाग प्रशासकीय कार्यालयात, मुंबईच्या महापौर श्रीमती रितू तावडे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली आज (दिनांक १८ मे २०२६) बैठक पार पडली. त्यावेळी महापौरांनी विविध निर्देश दिले. 🔷एन विभागातील राजावाडी उद्यान, लायन्स पार्क, केशरवाला उद्यान, क्लोव्हर मैदान, चित्तरंजन नगर मैदान, ९० फूट मार्गावरील आर. जी. उद्यान, प्रमोद महाजन उद्यान आणि जॉगर्स पार्क, डॉ. हेडगेवार उद्यान आणि नाना - नानी पार्क यांचा विकास करण्यासंदर्भात आयोजित या बैठकीस उपआयुक्त (उद्याने) श्री. अजितकुमार आंबी, उपआयुक्त (परिमंडळ ६) श्री. संतोषकुमार धोंडे, एन विभागाचे सहायक आयुक्त श्री. मारुती पवार, उपप्रमुख वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञ (उद्याने कक्ष) श्रीमती अनघा कुडाळकर, कार्यकारी अभियंता (उद्याने कक्ष) श्री. बी. टी. सावंत यांच्यासह संबंधित अधिकारी तसेच स्थानिक नागरिक व्यवस्थापनांचे प्रतिनिधी यावेळी उपस्थित होते. 🔷एन विभागातील प्रस्तावित उद्याने व मैदाने विकासांबाबत सर्व संबंधित नागरिकांच्या सूचना, मुद्दे तसेच संकल्पना त्याचप्रमाणे सद्यस्थितीत नागरिकांना येणाऱया अडचणी यांची माहिती महापौरांनी तपशिलवारपणे जाणून घेतली. वेगवेगळ्या संकल्पना आधारित उद्यानांची निर्मिती करणे, उद्यानांना चांगले व आकर्षक प्रवेशद्वार असावेत, पिण्याचे पाणी, प्रसाधनगृहे, पुरेशी प्रकाश व्यवस्था, ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी व्यवस्था, चालण्यासाठी तसेच धावण्यासाठी पथ (वॉकिंग / जॉगिंग ट्रॅक), मुलांसाठी खेळणी, उद्याने खुली राखण्याचा कालावधी वाढवणे, सुरक्षारक्षकांची नेमणूक, सीसीटीव्ही लावणे, उद्याने व मैदाने परिसरांमधील अतिक्रमणे हटविणे, मैदाने समतल राखणे, मैदानांमध्ये धूळ प्रतिबंधक उपाययोजना करणे यासह विविध सूचना स्थानिक नागरिकांनी मांडल्या. 🔷सर्व उद्याने व मैदाने यांचा क्रमवार आढावा घेतल्यानंतर महापौर श्रीमती रितू तावडे म्हणाल्या की, एन विभागातील ज्या उद्यानांना व मैदानांना संपूर्ण नूतनीकरणाची आवश्यकता आहे, अशा स्थळांचे संकल्पना आधारित आराखडे तयार करुन प्रस्ताव लवकरात लवकर सादर करावेत. तसेच ज्या - ज्या ठिकाणी सुविधांमध्ये सुधारणा, दर्जा वाढ करणे शक्य आहे, तिथे कामे तत्काळ हाती घ्यावीत. स्थानिक नागरिकांच्या सूचना व संकल्पना यांचा समावेश करुनच सर्व कामे हाती घ्यावीत. कारण या उद्यानांचा व मैदानांचा वापर स्थानिक नागरिकांना करावयाचा आहे. त्यामुळे लोकसहभागाने उद्याने व मैदानांचा पुनर्विकास व्हायला हवा. उद्यानांचा वापर अपप्रवृत्तींच्या घटकांकडून होणार नाही, यासाठी प्रशासनाने दक्ष राहिले पाहिजे. उद्यानांमधील वृक्षराजी, हिरवळ प्रयत्नपूर्वक जपावी, सुशोभीकरण करावे. मुले तसेच ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी पुरेशा सुविधा यावर अधिक लक्ष केंद्रीत करावे. पेयजल, प्रसाधनगृहे, प्रकाश व्यवस्था, पाण्याचा निचरा यासारख्या मूलभूत बाबींसाठी नागरिकांना तक्रार करावी लागते, हे योग्य नाही, असे त्या म्हणाल्या. लोकसहभागाने उद्याने व मैदानांचा योग्य विकास तसेच परिरक्षण होईल, यासाठी सर्व नगरसेवकांनी आपापल्या भागात प्रयत्न करावेत. एन विभागातील आज चर्चा झालेल्या उद्याने व मैदानांबाबतचे आराखडे व विकासाचे प्रस्ताव जलद कार्यवाही करुन सादर करावे, अशी सूचनाही महापौर श्रीमती तावडे यांनी केली. @CMOMaharashtra @mieknathshinde @SunetraA_Pawar @ShelarAshish @MPLodha @TawdeRitu @misanjayghadi
