🚨#CelsiusNetwork creditors are reporting that the purchase of BTC is between 88.4k-89k! This would mean the estate bought the week prior to the crypto crash (23-28 of Jan) & the actual distribution will be 6.19% at 76k BTC! I guess the estate said hold my beer to @saylor!

4th distribution planned for February. the 3rd payout was 220 mil, this one will be 344 mil. According to court doc this will be the last payout to include BTC, no ETH. They will use same means as your last successful distribution @Aaronbennett

🚨 4th Distribution ANNOUNCEMENT soon?! Cameron Crews, a member of the 7-member Celsius Litigation Committee (@CelsiusLOC) that has received $11M of creditors' funds since inception. Has finally publicly underlined that it's reasonable to expect an announcement soon about a 4th #CelsiusNetwork distribution. This should be the largest distribution after the initial one (57%) estimatives put it at 6% to 9% of your total claims, the 3rd distribution was 4.5%. Cameron Crews has complained in the past about "the silence" of Ionic Digital, a company currently in the silent period which has issued numerous reports and public statements. In retrospective this seems highly hypocritical as the Celsius LOC basically never communicates with creditors or gives context to the ballooning and increased expenses.

🚨 New #CelsiusNetwork distribution of ~6% recovery to be expected by Christmas! I'm now expecting a 4th distribution of 6% this Christmas, why? As of July 31 & after subtracting the 3rd distribution, @CelsiusNework had $115M in their accounts & $128M of net reserves. With the @tether settlement resolving the largest case, the estate should now hold ~$355M in cash ($115M + ~$240M from Tether). Subtracting $55M for smaller litigations & distributions expenses, $300M remains, which the @CelsiusLOC has no reason to withhold. This committee, supposedly representing creditors' interests, should fast-track this distribution, still this year. Its 7 members among them @camcrews / @HellsiusNetwork (alt) and @DavidJAdler1991 may have received ~$971K each 😵! (when divided equally see costs of the LOC below) More reserves unlocked? The $128M in reserves should also see more unlocks as more claims are corrected and settle, this could take it over 6%. What cases left? Pending cases include @EquitiesFirst (~$500M in assets stolen) and @FireblocksHQ (~$110M), the other remaining cases should all be under $100M including clawbacks. 😡RT to push & pressure the LOC for a 3rd distribution this year!
