@danhancox Looking forward to seeing you. Yes, cycling excessively in a low cadence can increase the load on the knees, but it might not cause pain in this instance. Important to look at all, bikefit, body imbalances, training history, to reach an informed diagnosis and plan to resolve.

sorry for dull exercise post ⚠️🚴‍♂️ has anyone had experience of a knee injury from cycling in too low a cadence, in too high a gear? i'm curious about this theory (after two months of knee problems argh) - and excited to get a @velophysio bike-fit later this week
