@venturan73 @MartinD79 We were searching for the neuron called DVA. On the glass-bottom dish, many types of cells attach onto the surface. We distinguish them by the fluorescent-tagged protein in DVA.

To achieve the C. elegans primary culture...🔬🪱 It took 5 hours for all processes when I was a freshy PhD student. 🥱 But now...🫰 just 90 mins !!! 🧙‍♀️
