@NYCTSubway hi! Are uptown 1 trains stopping at 23rd? Platform sign says only 2 trains are, app says both 1 & 2 are.

lol second day in a row that I’ve been waiting for a train and the local blew right though the station. Literally what service am I even paying for @MTA

@NYCTSubway …uh…what is happening with the 1? Waiting at 157th for over 10m now, and the train just blew through the station? Next train now 8m away. Waiting over 20m for a train to get here???

@NYCTSubway countdown clocks at 157th st 1 (both uptown & downtown) have been displaying the date/time only for over a week now. Any eta on a fix? Thx

@dunkindonuts hi! I am missing reward points after attempting to redeem 1500 of them on 7/17. The app was having issues connecting to the store, so I was unable to actually order, but the points disappeared

@NYCTSubway I’m suddenly getting a “card not accepted” error on OMNY with an Amex I’ve been using in my apple wallet for months. Help!

@NYCParks Thanks for the quick clean up from the 4th in the park/greenway in the Heights this morning! Saw SO much trash on my run this morning, but also SO much of it was cleaned up by 6:15am! Parks dept is the best 🤩

@ConEdison @SouthernCross70 has called me FOUR TIMES just today over the course of 10 hours (after calls all last week) to let me know they’ll “be in my area”, not even for an installation appointment. How do I opt out of these calls? They’re super annoying.

@dunkindonuts hi dunkies! The app auto populated the wrong store in the area I was in & my order went to the wrong store! Anyway to get that credit back? Already re-placed my order for the right store ☺️

@NYCTSubway southernmost entrance of 72nd st 1/2/3 card only machine not working. Just tried to dip my card & machine didn’t register that anything was happening. One of the other machines is only offering single rides

@NYCTSubway hypodermic needles on/at the bottom of the stairs @ 157th St. 1 train, uptown side, southern entrance/exit. Been there for the past 2 days. Plz have someone carefully remove!
