@JetNation I didn't renew my 4 season tickets after having them for 15 years. The product on the field doesn't justify the cost and organization treats the STH extemely poorly. @woodyjohnson4

Patient with recurrent heart failure and found to have bypass graft to the coronary sinus. We decided to coil to reduce right heart filling.

This allows a greater packing density, resulting in a mechanical occlusion. Terumo Azur are helical shaped and rely on the hydrogel coating to fill the gaps and form thrombus.

6/ These are generally the two detachable coils my institution uses. Would love to hear other opinions on pros and cons of each. At least for #Cardiotwitter what coils are you using for intercostal steal vessels of the LIMA? #IRAD choice of coils?
