The California Coastal Commission has issued a formal apology to @elonmusk and SpaceX, adding that it will not consider political views or speech in future regulatory decisions. • The Commission admits some officials made politically biased and improper statements about SpaceX and Elon Musk • It formally apologizes for those remarks • Agrees it will not consider political views or speech in future regulatory decisions • The Commission will NOT require coastal permits for most launch operations at Vandenberg Full statement: "The Commission agrees that it may not consider irrelevant factors in performing its function and specifically agrees that it will not take into account the perceived political beliefs, political speech, or labor practices of SpaceX or its officers in considering any regulatory action concerning SpaceX. The Commission acknowledges that Commissioners made statements, including during their October 10, 2024, hearing on the Base’s Falcon 9 launch program, that showed political bias against SpaceX and its CEO and were improper. The Commission apologizes for those statements, as set forth in the signed letter attached as Exhibit C." This filing means that SpaceX and the California Coastal Commission have reached a settlement in their federal lawsuit, and it provides long-term regulatory clarity for SpaceX for future Falcon 9 launches.

@InvestInTSLA @SawyerMerritt Regardless how advanced the technology is, consumers still love a nice design and the bell and whistles and the build quality. So, TSLA should step up and perhaps not focus on making cars for Mars but for earth.

Realistically, people invest so they can enjoy the fruit of their investment in their LIFETIME, not their children's' or grandchildren's. And patience has its limit, not counting loss of opportunity in other investment such as NVDA, MU etc.... It's easy to play with pet projects such as the Roadster, which won't move any needles, yet don't want to build a EV Van, when you are a billionaires. Most people expect an EV Van, a normal looking EV SUV, then Elon can play with the Roadster.

If you measure Elon Musk by his ambitions, everything he does will seem like a failure. What, he hasn’t colonized Mars yet? Still no robots in everyone’s homes? No Robotaxis all over the world? What an idiot! Then when you measure these companies against their peers... SpaceX is responsible for most of the world’s mass to orbit. Tesla is the best selling BEV on Earth. FSD is the most widely used self-driving system on Earth. What people still don’t get about Elon and his teams is that their ambition is the reason they end up so far ahead of everyone else. Always aiming high, dreaming big, and being willing to fail and learn is the reason Tesla is the only automaker shipping self-driving and running a Robotaxi service — even though they missed many of Elon’s goals of “Robotaxi next year”. It’s the reason that SpaceX is about to do the largest IPO in history, despite not having colonized Mars yet as Elon originally hoped. Investors who understand this about Musk have made a fortune off the backs of investors who don’t.

Retails Investors are losing patience. Every ER call is a disaster. After most ER, TSLA went down. All timelines and goalposts kept moving to the right. Stock price does not move for 5 years. Retail investors dont have infinite time to wait for new project after another. Please do something for us t o keep hope alive, including financial rewards.

"Marc, why do you care about SPLC's crimes & other activists/companies/gov't agencies who may have done the same/complicit?" I sat in so many meetings for a DECADE where these groups determined who got cancelled/debanked/censored. Wholly un-American. People need to go to jail.

It has been an honor and a privilege to serve in this historic Administration and work for the greatest President of my lifetime. At the Department of Labor, I am proud that we made significant progress in advancing President Trump’s mission to bridge the gap between business and labor and always put the American worker first. We created new pathways to mortgage-paying jobs, prepared workers to excel in the age of AI, took steps to lower prescription drug costs, promoted retirement security, and so much more. Thinking back to my first job packing peaches in rural California, it taught me the value of hard work – a value that I have carried with me every single day in this job and throughout my time in public service. We live in the best country in the world, and I am incredibly grateful that I had this opportunity to meet workers across the nation, listen to their stories, and deliver wins for them and their families. Thank you, President Trump. While my time serving in the Administration comes to a conclusion, it doesn’t mean I will stop fighting for American workers. I am looking forward to what the future has in store as I depart for the private sector.

Ossoff: "The president apparently promised pardons for the entire WH staff, which I guess is the kind of thing you do when you run the WH like a casino. Now, maybe the West Wing is too busy placing Kashi and Polymarket bets on the war to care, but American are getting hurt ... in Donald Trump’s America, the rich get tax cuts, the well-connected get stock tips, and everybody else makes sacrifices."

@PhilipLeworthy @Heccles94 Nope. Companies lay off employees all the time. Companies don't have the obligation to employ people for live. If you ever work for a company, you should know that. If you don't want to be laid off, then do a better job than your peer, or be your own boss.
