I ordered a Luminous inverter from Amazon in December 2025, trusting the platform’s promise of quality. What I received instead was a defective product right out of the box. During installation, the service team of Luminous confirmed it was faulty and attempted a repair by changing internal components. But in just 2–3 days, it failed again. What followed is worse. A senior representative from Luminous (Raju) assured me of a replacement or refund. It has now been over 3 months - no replacement, no refund, no accountability. So let me ask - why are FRAUD companies allowed to sell on your Amazon platform? Why should customers suffer after trusting your brand? When I reached out to Amazon support, I was bluntly told by Customer relationship officer (Mohak) “Amazon can’t help anymore.” Both Amazon and Luminous have failed completely. I demand immediate action - replacement or full refund. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate legally and publicly expose this experience further.
