Raul Genesis Ortiz Moran, from Mexico, has been charged with murder and aggravated sexual battery in the child’s death. Louisa County cooperated with @ICEgov and turned him over to federal custody.

BREAKING: DHS confirms that the suspect charged with sexually assaulting and murdering a 2-year-old girl in Louisa County, VA earlier this month is an illegal alien from Mexico. ICE filed a detainer on Raul Genesis Ortiz Moran with local law enforcement & they honored the detainer and handed him over to ICE. Moran is now charged with second degree murder and aggravated sexual assault. He entered the U.S. illegally as a gotaway at an unknown time & location.

It’s illegal to be Christian is Somalia. They come to America and expect to openly practice Islam, which preaches Death to America. Am I the only one that thinks this is insane?
It has effectively always been illegal to openly practice or promote Christianity in modern Somalia. The 1961 constitution made Islam the state religion and a 1963 amendment banned proselytizing any other faith. The 2012 provisional constitution keeps that ban in place while allowing private practice in theory, but societal pressure and groups like Al-Shabaab make open Christianity impossible. Christianity existed in the region centuries earlier but faded with the spread of Islam.
