Pathetic customer service.@amazonIN @JeffBezos . You sell the product but when it's come to quality, warranty @amazonIN fools the customer. #vocalforlical @amazon I have hours of call recording, multiple ticket, order created but no resolution.

@BMHSRPCC Amount paid , no fitment done on appointment date. Went to the centre 3-4 times. Then suddenly get an sms the HSRP fitment done but no actual fitment is done. Raised multiple grievances, emailed no action taken. This is a serious compliance issue.

@Duroflex_world A very bad customer experience. A delivery date promised, you get a confirmationbut it's not delivered. The sale has just happened and this is the customer experience, I am worried about after sale services and warranty

We have now equipped 3 million government school students and 20,000 teachers across 8 states in India with computer science education! Just came back from a two day visit to our Saudi headquarters in Riyadh. I was deeply impressed by the customer obsession and the energy of our local Amazonians. @AmitAgarwal The lady Monica from the social media team keeps sending an automated response to get in touch with the specialist team when the specialist team takes 30 mins to come on call and 30 mins to understand the issue and then disconnects the call.

@vishalk007kumar As suggested, you will have to contact the manufacturer to claim the warranty. If the manufacturer is not ready to help, you will have to acquire a service denial letter, so that we can escalate this further. -Shabreen

@AmazonHelp Do you think X allows that much typing ?? In 1 line @amazonIN doesn't care about the customers. The product quality is bad and when you want to claim warranty the customer service fools you for months. Nothing happens.
