@ATCOElectric who can I speak with at ATCO about the horrendous customer service I have received since putting in a Rumi claim? Is it the norm to be treated so disrespectfully as a Rumi customer???

Most biohackers using KPV are doing it wrong. Not the peptide. The route. ~ Oral for gut. ~ Injectable for systemic. ~ Topical for skin. Match the delivery to the target tissue, and KPV becomes one of the most effective anti-inflammatory tools. Here's the complete guide: 🧵 [BOOKMARK THIS THREAD]

@abysmalweather Go with TB500 1-4. I'd also consider trying KPV as well (can be taken as oral capsules), some people in my group have found that very effective for arthritic conditions

@JustinMihaly For a dad of two kids with not a lot of disposable income is there anything I can research to try and fix this on my own? My mood and vitality are shot from all these symptoms. I would appreciate any point in the right direction @JustinMihaly

I watch guys lose 3 to 5 years to misdiagnosis of SIBO. They lose 20 to 40 percent of their free testosterone. They drop 2 to 4 pounds of lean mass a year because of chronic inflammation and hormone dysfunction And they waste tens of thousands on TRT, peptides, and supplements that the body isn't even able to use I've looked at over 500 gut panels from high-performing guys The pattern is ALWAYS the same: 1. Endotoxins leak into your blood and shut down your Leydig cells (goodbye testosterone) 2. Gut enzymes recycle your estrogen 3. Bacterial byproducts spike your brain fog Then there is no getting healing or improving so the discouragement feels as if you're stuck in a forever loop Let me give you three lab markers that prove your gut is destroying your performance. Marker 1: Elevated D-Lactate on an Organic Acids Test. This is a neurotoxic byproduct of bacterial fermentation. It crosses the blood-brain barrier. It is the exact reason you get brain fog after meals. No SSRI or nootropic is going to fix this. Marker 2: Elevated Beta-glucuronidase on a GI Map. This is a bacterial enzyme that unpacks the estrogen your liver just tried to get rid of. It dumps it right back into your bloodstream. You are literally recycling estrogen while trying to build muscle. You can take all the DIM you want, but you cannot outrun a gut that reloads the gun every time you eat. Marker 3: A flatline methane curve on a tri-gas breath test. If your methane sits above 10 ppm and barely moves, your migrating motor complex is paralyzed. Your small intestine has stopped sweeping itself clean. Until you turn the conveyor belt back on, every gut protocol you try will fail within 90 days. Guaranteed. Bonus marker: Low stool secretory IgA. This means your mucosal immune defense is shot. The bacteria didn't just show up, they completely outlasted your immune system. If your practitioner misses this, they have no idea how aggressive your protocol actually needs to be. The worst part? The internet advice for SIBO actively makes men worse. More fiber just feeds the hydrogen producers. Greek yogurt and kombucha wreck your histamine load. Standard probiotics drop into a methane-dominant gut and just throw gasoline on the fire. You aren't failing. The advice you are getting is just wrong. Here is the biggest mistake I see guys make: Taking ZMA, magnesium, and zinc before bed while running a gut protocol. Biofilms are the shields bacteria build to protect themselves. They build them using magnesium, calcium, and zinc. You are literally handing the bacteria the mortar to build their walls every single night. Mistake two: Ignoring those biofilms entirely. Standard biofilm busters are a joke. We use a very specific uncaoted aspirin strategy that dissolves exactly where the overgrowth lives. It shatters the biofilm architecture and drops COX-2 inflammation in one move. The form and timing are everything. You have to break the shield before you can kill the bug. Mistake three: Using generic prokinetics. Ginger and artichoke extract are not going to move the needle when your gut is paralyzed by methane. We use a highly targeted thyroid intervention to directly force smooth muscle contraction in the small bowel. It is supervised, short, and precise. Mistake four: Skipping the repair phase. If you don't seal the tight junctions in your gut lining after the kill phase, the endotoxins just keep leaking. Your testosterone keeps tanking. You relapse in three months. We use a specific peptide or two . The delivery route and the timing relative to food are dialed in. We don't guess. Here is what happens when you actually fix this: - Free testosterone climbs 30 to 60 percent without TRT - Resting heart rate drops 8 to 12 beats - Visceral fat melts off on the DEXA scan - Morning wood comes back - 2 PM brain fog vanishes. Because we finally fixed the root cause. Thats the ELITE difference

Gut biome runs your life: - 95% of serotonin (feel good chemical) is manufactured in your gut biome - 70% of your immune system lives in your gut lining - Vagus nerve fires 9x more signals from gut to brain than the reverse (gut feeling = loudest voice in head) When you have: - Anxiety - Brain fog - Skin Breakouts - Stubborn fat - Low sex drive - Insecurity - Lack of motivation It’s ALL stemming from the gut, always was… If you fix the lining; Every “problem” tends to disappear. Issue is most guys don’t know where to start… Luckily now in 2026; We have a supplement that transforms gut health… It’s BPC-157. You take it orally in the morning (pill form), it completely rebuilds your gut lining at a cellular level. You don’t need to inject peptides; Just ingest it fasted, when you wake up, and let it go to work 30 min before eating… After a week I noticed any issues I had from coffee, drinking, stims, etc; Vanished. Same result for my guys on coaching. Any other gut biome protocol is a waste of money; All you need is this ONE thing.

1 in 10 Americans now has an autoimmune disease. Lupus. Crohn's. Hashimoto's. Type 1 diabetes. Multiple sclerosis. Rheumatoid arthritis. Your doctor will tell you it's genetic. Or bad luck. Or that your immune system just "turned on itself." Harvard researchers disagree. A pediatric gastroenterologist at Mass General (Dr. Alessio Fasano) spent 20 years tracking down the missing piece. What he found changed the conversation. Every autoimmune disease he studied shared the same three ingredients: - A specific environmental trigger - Genetic predisposition - A leaky gut Take any one of those away, and the disease doesn't start. The gut isn't just where food gets digested. It's a one-cell-thick wall - The only thing standing between your bloodstream and everything you eat, drink, and swallow. When that wall is tight, your immune system stays calm. When it's leaky, Undigested food particles and bacterial fragments slip through into your blood. Your immune system sees invaders and attacks. But the particles look a lot like your own tissue. Attack the gluten fragments → attack the thyroid (Hashimoto's) Attack the bacterial fragments → attack the joints (rheumatoid arthritis) Attack them over and over → attack the nerves (MS), the gut (Crohn's), the pancreas (Type 1) This is called molecular mimicry. Here's what people report when they heal the gut wall: Skin clearing up Brain fog clearing up Digestion finally working Joint pain fading within weeks Autoimmune flares slowing down Energy returning after years of fatigue The things that punch holes in the gut wall: Gluten (yes, even if you don't have celiac) Glyphosate on conventional crops NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) Ultra-processed food Chronic stress Antibiotics Poor sleep None of these are rare. Most people have all seven running on autopilot. I've been saying for 30 years: almost every chronic disease traces back to a broken gut. The science keeps catching up. The good news? Unlike your genes, the gut wall is something you can actually rebuild. Comment RESTORE and I'll send you a free guide on how to heal the gut and calm the immune system naturally. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

Peptides shouldn't be expensive. BPC-157 costs pennies to make. A 10 mg vial costs under $15 to produce. But companies charge $100–300. People are getting ripped off.

There's a probiotic strain that's been clinically proven to target belly fat. Not total body weight Not water weight Visceral fat - The dangerous fat packed around your organs. In multiple clinical trials, People who took this strain for 12 weeks saw measurable reductions in visceral fat, waist circumference, and body weight. No change in diet No change in exercise Just the probiotic. The strain is called L. Gasseri. It naturally lives in your gut and was originally isolated from human breast milk. A randomized, double-blind clinical trial published in the Journal of Medical Food put it to the test. One group received L. Gasseri daily. The other received a placebo. After 12 weeks? Visceral fat decreased significantly in the L. Gasseri group. Waist circumferences shrank. The placebo group? No changes. Separate Japanese research confirmed the same thing - Fermented milk containing L. Gasseri reduced BMI, abdominal fat, and visceral fat that wraps around your organs. Why does this matter? Because not all body fat is equal. Subcutaneous fat sits under your skin. Annoying but relatively harmless Visceral fat is different. It wraps around your liver, kidneys, and intestines. It produces inflammatory chemicals that increase your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and the "Big C." You can look relatively lean - And still be carrying dangerous amounts of it. L. Gasseri appears to target this specific type of fat. But it does more than just that. It strengthens your gut barrier - Reducing the leakiness that lets toxins flood your bloodstream. It suppresses harmful bacteria while supporting the beneficial ones. It helps regulate appetite hormones - The signals that tell your brain when you're full. It may help lower cholesterol by influencing how your body processes bile acids. And it can reduce IBS symptoms, Especially abdominal pain. When your gut is working properly, your metabolism follows. Here's the problem most people run into: You can buy L. Gasseri in a capsule. Most deliver a few billion bacteria per dose. But most of those bacteria arrive DEAD. Heat, moisture, shelf time, and stomach acid destroy them before they ever reach your gut. A few billion sounds like a lot. It's not. Your gut contains trillions of microbes. A few billion is a drop in the ocean. Not enough to colonize. Not enough to shift the balance. Dr. William Davis (the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut") - Figured out a better way: Make your own probiotic yogurt at home using specific strains. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. His protocol: Ferment at 109°F for 36 hours. That extended fermentation time allows the bacteria to multiply far beyond what any capsule can deliver. Trillions of live cultures per batch. Not billions. TRILLIONS. Fresh. Potent. Alive. A half cup a day is the protocol. The difference between a capsule and homemade yogurt is like comparing a garden hose to a fire hydrant. Same water Completely different force I've been making my own probiotic yogurt for a few years now. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my gut, my digestion, my energy, and my body composition. I've been saying for 30 years: Your weight, your energy, your metabolism - It starts in the gut. When my gut was destroyed, Nothing worked. No diet. No exercise plan. No willpower. When I fixed the gut? Everything downstream changed. Science is finally catching up. And strains like L. Gasseri are one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.
