(2/3) Took back to lab via left #radialfirst. Prolonged balloon inflation did not seal. Did not want covered stent in common femoral artery of (relatively) young patient. Fluoro-assisted manual compression in conjunction with balloon inflation. Missing my lead gloves... 😰

(1/3) Asked to help w hypotensive MORBIDLY OBESE patient post PCI from femoral approach. Huge groin hematoma so now have no idea where to compress. Notice the position of the FemoStop below the arteriotomy site. 😩
