@woolwarehouse Hi, I ordered Tangerine and Black Coffee Scheepjes yarn and while the labels have the correct color numbers, the colors don’t match at all. The Tangerine is much more neon that I though, and the Black Coffee is more like the Chocolate color :(

@jameelajamil it takes two seconds to look at someone’s bio for their pronouns. i always check people’s bios for pronouns, just to be sure. trans people get misgendered even if we wear our pronouns on our bodies for the world to see. maybe next time, be responsible, apologize, and move on.

OBVIOUSLY sorry for making this innocent mistake. But if we don't do more to prevent this mistake it will likely keep happening, which is bad for everyone. Put pronouns in your names. I've just done that with mine. It took two seconds.
