Last 4 digits: XXXX”) - up to 5000 characters • Enter captcha & click Send 4. You’ll receive an automated reply saying they’ll respond within 24 hours. 5. You’ll get a call from Axis Bank. 
Politely but firmly tell them you want to close the card.
