தேனைத் தடவித் தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதி கொடுக்கும்போது வாராத 'ரிசர்வ் வங்கி விதிமுறைகள்', மக்களை ஏமாற்றி ஆட்சிப் பொறுப்பில் உட்கார்ந்து கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதிகளை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும் என்ற நிலை வரும்போது மட்டும் எங்கே இருந்து திடுமெனக் குதித்து வருகின்றன? இது நிர்வாகத் திறமையின்மையா? இல்லை திட்டமிட்ட ஏமாற்று வேலையா? இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் வழிகாட்டுதல் நடைமுறைகளின்படி தான் “கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளில் விவசாயிகள் பெற்ற பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது” என்று தமிழ்நாடு நிதியமைச்சர் அண்மையில் விளக்கம் சொல்லியிருக்கிறார். கடன் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படுவதாக அரசின் சார்பில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பில் தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளவாறு ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் வழிகாட்டுதல் என்பது கடந்த வருடம் 28.11.2025 அன்றே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த வழிகாட்டுதலை முழுமையாகத் தெரிந்து கொண்ட பின்னர்தான் 16.4.2026 அன்று தவெக வெளியிட்ட தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில், “ஐந்து ஏக்கருக்குள் நிலம் வைத்துள்ள விவசாயிகள் கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளில் பெற்ற பயிர்க்கடன் முழுமையாகத் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படும். ஐந்து ஏக்கருக்கு மேல் வைத்துள்ள விவசாயிகளின் பயிர்க்கடன் 50 விழுக்காடு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படும்” என்று வாக்குறுதி அளிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆகவே, தெளிவாகத் தெரிந்து கொண்டே வாக்குறுதியைத் தந்து, “வாக்கு அறுவடை “ முடிந்ததும் இப்போது ரிசர்வ் வங்கியைக் காரணம் காட்டி மறுப்பது விவசாயிகளை முற்றிலும் ஏமாற்றுவதாகும். எனவே, தேர்தலுக்கு முன்னர் அளித்த வாக்குறுதிப்படி, இந்த அரசின் முதல் நிதி நிலை அறிக்கையிலேயே விவசாயிகளின் பயிர்க்கடனை முழுமையாக தள்ளுபடி செய்யும் அறிவிப்பினை வெளியிட வேண்டும். பொய்யான வாக்குறுதிகளை விவசாயிகளுக்கு வழங்கி அவர்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கையூட்டிவிட்டு, இப்போது அரைகுறையாக எந்த விவசாயிக்கும் பயனளிக்காத வகையில், பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி செய்திருப்பதாக சொல்வது விவசாயப் பெருங்குடி மக்களுக்கு இழைக்கப்படும் “பச்சைத்” துரோகமாகும்!
