Notable observation by Mr Vivek Rae in his Note of Dissent at para 7.3.25 of 7 CPC report:”As the defence forces have pointed out…they face an acute problem of stagnation & if there was a case for NFU it should have been given to them before anyone else.” Was it cited in court?
Lt Col R K Bhardwaj (Retd)@RajKuma35152604

🇮🇳 If NFU is Denied to Indian Armed Forces, Then No Other Central Civil Services or Para-Military Forces Deserve It Either. Dear Col Mukul, Thank you for sharing the Additional Affidavit filed by the Union of India in Civil Appeal No. 495 of 2018. We, as Ex-Servicemen, most respectfully submit that while the Affidavit represents the stand of the Government, the Hon’ble Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of justice in this matter. We humbly request the Hon’ble Court to kindly weigh the Government’s submissions in the Affidavit against the unparalleled selfless service, sacrifices, and unlimited liability rendered by the Indian Armed Forces to the Nation and its citizens over the decades since Independence. We earnestly pray that the Hon’ble Supreme Court may consider this matter with sympathetic and humanitarian considerations, keeping in view the principles of equity, parity with other Central Civil Services and CAPFs, and the larger interest of justice and morale of the Forces. We continue to repose full faith in the wisdom and sense of justice of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The lesson for corporate India is that DO NOT take Hindu consumers for granted. Your job is to make and sell products. Don’t sell your woke agenda. If you want Hindu money, learn to respect Hindu sentiments. Otherwise your fate will be like that of liar @peyushbansal or dim-witted vacuous woke liberal Namrata Thapar!

Operation Sindoor: Pakistan' 19 HQ-9B vs India's 2 Brahmos Missiles. A thread; Pakistan fired 18+ HQ-9B interceptors at just TWO Indian BrahMos-A ALCMs during #OperationSindoor. Kill score: BrahMos 2 — HQ-9B 0. China sold this system with a claimed 90%+ kill probability. This isn’t a miss. It’s a doctrine-level collapse. Here’s the autopsy. 🇮🇳 #IAF (1)

A military conference to deliberate as how to hold “free and fair” elections in #Bengal Unbelievable - Chiefs of BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP & CISF - all came together in #Kolkata to discuss one state ‘election’? Is this #BengalElection2026 or Operation Sindoor? Or operation Bengal?

The Lenskart Cover-Up A $5.6 billion company. A written policy. Two fired employees. A CEO whose story kept changing. Lenskart — India's largest eyewear retailer, IPO-bound, valued at $5.6 billion — had a Style Guide for store staff. It surfaced on April 15. The rules: No bindi. No tilak. No kalawa. Minimal sindoor, not on the forehead. The hijab? Explicitly permitted. With colour instructions. And tutorial videos promised to staff. When the document went viral, CEO Peyush Bansal called it "inaccurate." X's Community Note corrected him — the document was company-branded, dated February 2026. He then shifted: it was an "outdated training document" with an "incorrect line" that was "discovered and removed on February 17, well before this became public." That story collapsed within 24 hours. Akash Falake, a Lenskart store manager in Pune, had emails. He had flagged the exact same policy to Lenskart HR in writing on November 25, 2025. Senior HR was informed again on December 8. Through January and February 2026, store audits were actively cutting salaries of employees who wore bindis or tikas. Falake escalated to the legal team. No response. On February 20, he filed a complaint on Maharashtra's government grievance portal. The same day — he was terminated. Then came Zeel Soghasia from Surat. Got a Lenskart job offer. Flew to Navi Mumbai for training. Day one: told to cut his shikha, remove his tilak and religious tattoos — or there would be no job. He refused. Fired the next day. This was April 18, 2026 — sixty days after Bansal claimed the policy had been removed. Two employees raised this internally over five months. Both were ignored. One was fired the day he went to the government. One was fired for refusing to alter a religious symbol on his body. The CEO's story changed three times. Each time, new evidence forced the shift. This is how institutional discrimination works in the modern Indian workplace — not through speeches, but through audit deductions, grooming guides, and termination letters. Systems designed to be absorbed quietly. It almost worked. Until someone leaked a PDF.

Why I am so obsessed with @Lenskart_com and their lying CEO @peyushbansal ? I am obsessed with Lenskart because we Hindus have short memories. We flare up, we trend for a day, we forget. We move on. Corporate India knows this. They have studied our pattern. They wait us out, before launching another anti-Hindu policy, another advertising campaign that demonises Hindu values. Lenskart is not the disease. I know that Lenskart is just a symptom of the larger disease, of corporate India looking down upon Hindu culture and values. But you never ignore a symptom. You treat the symptom first, then you trace it back to its source. This is exactly what I am doing. Taking this matter to its logical conclusion, whether anyone stands with me or not. A few years ago, I started #NoBindiNoBusiness alone. No big handles. No political parties. No Hindu organisations supported me. All I got at first was ridicule, abuse, trolling. But then, something miraculous happened, ordinary Hindus, from Delhi to Dibrugarh supported me. They were tired of being invisible in their own land, tired of their sacred symbols being erased by the very brands that profit from them. The campaign became a success, everyone knows that. This is another battle from the same war for cultural identity. I have been called obsessed before. I have been abused before. I have been ridiculed before. But what I have is tenacity. I have been called a lone warrior tilting at windmills. But some windmills are real monsters. And someone has to fight them. Someone has to stay. Someone has to refuse to be distracted by the next outrage, the next news cycle. I am not going anywhere. Mock me. Troll me. Laugh at me. Every taunt sharpens my resolve. Every dismissal reminds me why this matters. I have a voice. I have presence. I have credibility and I know how to use it, for this cause, on this battlefield, until there is a result worth recording. The question is not whether I will see this through. The question is, will all of you? #AntiHinduLenskart

I have listened to your concerns and I understand your sentiment around this. I want to add more context to my earlier post. The document currently circulating is an outdated internal training document. It is not an HR policy. That said, it contained an incorrect line about bindi/tilak that should never have been written and does not reflect our values or actual practice. When we discovered this on February 17, well before this became a public conversation, we immediately removed it. But I should have caught this earlier. As Founder and CEO, the responsibility for such lapses is mine. I have asked my team to bring all such materials under stricter review, and I will personally ensure this is addressed going forward. We are also looking into how this found its way into our training content. Let me be absolutely clear. Lenskart does not and will never restrict any form of respectful religious expression. This includes bindi, tilak, or any such symbols of faith. Our team members have always been, and will always be, free to express their beliefs with pride. I also want to thank everyone who raised this. Your voice helps us improve and stay true to what we stand for.

Hi, all. I’ve been seeing an inaccurate policy document going viral about Lenskart. I want to speak directly that this document does not reflect our present guidelines. Our policy has no restrictions on any form of religious expression, including bindi and tilak, and we continue to review our guidelines regularly. Our grooming policy has evolved over the years and outdated versions do not represent who we are today. We apologize for the confusion and concern this situation has caused. We as a company, continue to learn and build. Any lapses in our language or policies have and will continue to be addressed. We have thousands of team members across Bharat who wear their faith and culture proudly every day at our stores. They are Lenskart. Lenskart was built in Bharat, by Indians, for Indians. Every symbol and every tradition our people carry is a part of who we are as a company. I will never let that be compromised. 🙏

When Hindu & Sikh females choose to save their dignity rather than saving their lives.. First they too bullets … Once they ran out of bullets .. They ate poison.. Once poison was exhausted They ate the glass pieces.. Once glass was exhausted… They jumped in to the nearby well … But ensured none of them is captured by the raiders from pakxtan. All this happened on 11-12 November 1947, when whole India was celebrating first Diwali after Independence , at the same time thousands of Hindus & Sikhs were being massacred in Rajouri city of Jammu & Kashmir. More than 30 thousand Hindus & Sikhs were killed on the streets in Rajouri, one of the most horrific massacres in Indian history. Women jumped into the well to save their lives or died by consuming poison. All this continued till the night of 12 April 1948, and on the morning of 13 April, a new dawn came and when the #IndianArmy ended the terror by recapturing Rajouri town. This is the lesser known history of Rajouri Day which is being celebrated today. #RajouriDay
