Excellent work. If the former AHS board, appointed by the UCP government, advised it’s then CEO to refer these issues to the RCMP, it was because they thought there were solid grounds to do so.

Danielle Smith stood at the podium and bare face lied to Albertans about the cost of AHS surgeries by citing numbers she had and knew to be inaccurate. She could have given the true, accurate AHS numbers and chose not to in order to mislead Albertans.

Why is the Premier so scared of getting to the truth and calling a public inquiry to this CorruptCare scandal? She's attempting to gaslight Albertans, bury this scandal and hope that it all goes away. We're calling for three things: 1) A public inquiry led by a judge to get to the bottom of this CorruptCare scandal. 2) Every single person implicated in this scandal to step aside because you can't investigate yourself. 3) Pause all procurement on these private surgical centres and re-open shuttered public operating rooms to really start cutting wait times. Albertans need to know how we're managing their health system. We deserve ethical, competent government now.
