@CostaCoffee Hartlepool Marina Costa is a great place with great staff but hasn’t had Wi-Fi for a year now! The staff tell me that it keeps being promised then cancelled on a regular basis. It’s a real negative in this day and age. Make it so number one!!!!

@AsdaServiceTeam I have a feeling it's a national strategy but the replacement of staffed tills with self service facilities is just creating absolute chaos in the Hartlepool store. Facebook is full of complaints about the store and the way it's being run!

@Starbucks When I ordered tea yesterday I was simply astounded to receive the tea in a large mug, no teapot!! This is England and that simply won't do. Never again.

@JonathanBrash Great to meet you yesterday and thanks for your contribution. The petrol issue was a great win and profile raiser for you. Can I suggest the Marina parking fiasco as your next crusade? Lots of great businesses struggling because of the onerous parking conditions.

@asda Hartlepool branch has reduced staffed tills drastically. Self service tills fine for small baskets but today anyone with a full trolley was faced with mammoth queues. Aldi beckons! Everyone was commenting….

@TUIUK Booked a holiday to Majorca next May initially flying from and back to Teesside. However we would have liked to fly from Newcastle and back to Teesside, both Tui flights, but in the shop they tell me that’s not possible! Why ever not! Very inflexible.

@RoyalMailHelp I have sent a large envelope with birth certificates in to Dubai. I’m now told it’s on the way to the National Returns Office! There’s no return address on the envelope so I’m not sure how they will get redirected back to me! I have the reference number. Help!
