NEWS: MeidasTouch host and legal analyst Katie Phang has filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice, accusing it of “brazen” violations of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The suit says the DOJ missed deadlines, over-redacted documents, and withheld key records tied to Jeffrey Epstein—including references to Donald Trump.
Phang is asking the court to order full disclosure, remove unlawful redactions, and appoint a special master to oversee compliance—arguing the DOJ’s actions undermine transparency and the public’s right to know.

Here we go again with @Cigna denying med. and @evernorthxrp. Holding medications for a balance. Specialty meds. Pt. awaiting big pharmaceutical company copay/assist. Guess they rather pay higher cost of hospitalization.

@BedBManagement between the dismal customer service @BedBathBeyond & @Overstock I am at my wits end. Purchased a chair that has a manufacturing defect. It is seemly impossible to return this 37 LBS item in store at UPS. I was just disconnected by the rudest customer person ever.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. A company of this size should have a more efficient and responsive process for handling defective products. Customers should not be penalized or charged extra
