@SimonCalder Daughter stuck in Rhodes. Tui offered floor of conference room to sleep on & meal vouchers. They opted to pay for own room, ironically in another tui hotel. Tui just sent link to flights Monday. One has the same flight no. as cancelled flight, no idea if they're on it, no message

Stuck at Rhodes airport after our flight was cancelled. Told so late after delays that we are all stranded with nowhere to stay. @TUIUK reps are walking off during conversations and not helping. Could be Monday before we can leave. No answers given. Chaos. @LittleLadyFrost

@mike_platten @British_Airways Mike the same thing happened last Saturday. A BA went technical in Rhodes and was stuck for 3 days. The delay is due to Rhodes Swiss port trying to cram as many passengers from LHR flight onto the LGW plane. Good luck.

@British_Airways waiting at Rhodes to board flight that is looking like having a 2 hour delay. 3 return flights this year, 11 hours of delay in total and one lot of luggage lost for 9 days. Your service is dreadful

@Dannycon643 @British_Airways It developed and engine fault and couldn’t fly again. It’s still there. A replacement A321 flew out and should have now left Rhodes this evening.

@easyJet Plane from Geneva was derouted from Figari to Bastia. Now we are stuck in the plane. London is not sending instructions for the moment.

@easyJet Being a student losing 400€ is not acceptable. I've been flying with @easyJet for 2 years and this is the first time I have faced this horrible experience. I need you guys to compensate me for all this. Who cancels the flight 2 hours before departure AFTER all passengers arrive

@British_Airways @chris_sw17 There’s no floor space left at Belfast, and you’re still asking people to come on time. I know the person answering isn’t responsible, but a decision needs to be made ASAP.

@adeleaccess_30 @British_Airways Hmm… would we take off at all? All we’ve been told on board is to wait “for up to six hours” hmm… it’s quite a lesson in managing expectations at this stage.

Hi there @British_Airways we’re on BA 0729 sitting on the tarmac at GVA T1 vacated Gate 57C parked between EasyJet tail sign HB-JXN and ASL airlines tail sign OR IXC erm… we’re patiently waiting for a time slot to fly… so … any hope of coming home to LHR soon please?
