@nationalrailenq @GatwickExpress @SouthernRailUK @TLRailUK What is the point of having replacement buses from Three Bridges to Brighton that takes 1:30 hr when by train takes exactly the same time? There should be coaches that go direct to Brighton only as well.

@SouthernRailUK So there are no direct ones and you are advertising them as Balcombe even though they go to Three Bridges. Forcing people to go the long way round via Littlehampton instead of providing a direct bus to Three Bridges, which took about 35-45 mins in the past. Shocker

@SouthernRailUK I’d rather have a functioning service for the £3k I pay per year. Compensation isn’t useful. In my company we have backup equipment so we look after our customers. Maybe Southern should do the same.

@SouthernRailUK Hi Van, I have checked my spam and junk folders regularly. I have resubmitted the form once already. The bag was found within an hour of me losing it, confirmed by staff at Gatwick and at Horsham who found it on the train. Is there a number I can call to talk to someone? Thanks

@SouthernRailUK Can you advise as to how I can get an update a out a lost bag on your train. I lost 1 on Jan 23, station staff at Gatwick were able to locate at Horsham. They informed me to fill in lost property form which I did. No response after 1 month. Appreciate any advice

Another complete shambles from @SW_Help and Bournemouth train station. Told after train is cancelled having waited 30 minutes that it was my fault for looking at Trainline and I should have checked their own app. Might want to tell your staff also using Trainline!!!
