@hive @HiveHomeUK recent power cut in my area caused my hive hub to go offline and can’t get it back online despite following all the prompts from live chat. Can someone please help as can’t even get anyone on phone

Appalling from @hm. My wife is struggling with her online account and has been for 4 weeks. Despite numerous calls with incompetent people she is no closer to sorting. Reached out direct to Karen O’Rourke, Henrik Kroon, Daniel Erver & Frida Rydstrom . Not one has responded
