Reservation supporters often claim, "Once caste is abolished, reservation will automatically end." Alright, let's assume everyone removes their caste surnames and identifies simply as Hindu. Even then, wherever you go, if you continue using slogans or symbols such as "Jai Bhim," "Bhim Charit Manas," or "Bhim Naam Satya Hai" that openly signal your caste identity, and you later face discrimination or social exclusion because of that, who should be held responsible for it?

Reservation should be provided to ST, SC, and OBC in private jobs; this is very necessary! Government jobs make up only 2% of the total, of which the combined reserved posts (for OBC, SC, and ST) would amount to just 1%. The remaining 98% of jobs are in the private sector, where your representation is zero. Note – The Sudama quota (EWS reservation) should be completely banned, as it is an obstacle to nation-building.
