The account’s activity reflects a systematic execution method with repeated exposure-building behaviour on the same instrument. This pattern is considered toxic because it creates repetitive and concentrated market exposure through a structured process, rather than through genuine good-faith trading activity. The consistency of the order placement, the short-duration cycling of trades, and the repeated concentration on XAUUSD indicate a method of execution designed around exploiting trading conditions rather than demonstrating normal market analysis or responsible position management. The concern is not based on a single trade or isolated event. It is based on the overall trading structure observed across the account. The account repeatedly followed a mechanical pattern of entering and managing positions on the same instrument, which aligns with prohibited toxic trading behaviour and is inconsistent with the standards required under our Terms. As a result, the account has been determined to be in breach of our trading rules and Terms.
