You do not have "the right" to drive at the speed limit if a vehicle in front of you is going slower. Talk about entitled! 🙄

@charlie_baker23 Not sure how I'd deal with that. Scaff width is very hard to adjust on a narrow pavement, and it will be on an (expensive) Council license. Access to businesses needs to be preserved, yet also safe travel. I wouldn't be somewhere with a tight street frontage.
