I say things I think are reasonable, and then I get schooled.

I am who I am at this very moment. I cannot change what I have done in the past. I cannot promise you future performance. Now, how may I make your day better?

So, I am convinced mango is the holiest fruit of them all. It is the only thing I’ve been craving with no appetite. Mango by itself. Mango juice. Mango smoothies. Mango ice cream. Mango everything. We don’t appreciate Mango enough and this is my poem to Mango.

Antisemitism is a terrible thing to see but this is actually quite funny as well. Jews and Muslims literally getting together to make chicken soup is a ZIONIST PLOT 🍲🕵🏻‍♂️👀🧐

@BezosInContext Bezos should put his HQ in the middle of the country in a new city built and managed and populated by techbros. Techbro City!

@WSJ It's only reasonable. Then they control all their own regulations that have to do with permitting. Fail fast and fail often. They can pay for their own mistakes.

@WSJ I think the best thing would be for all the techbros to build their own new city somewhere. Musk can do the transit, Bezos can do the retail, and I'm sure there are lots of companies and investors that would love the chance to build a true EPCOT. Put it in the middle of Kansas.

Also of note as something I expect from UBI too is how EITC works as a mechanism of redistribution from the federal government to states. What states spend on welfare programs is reduced due to reduced need, and sales tax revenue is increased due to people having more $ to spend.

Fascinating analysis of the EITC that finds it pays for at least 87% of itself. I believe a similar analysis of UBI years from now will reveal similar results. We have to start realizing to what degree investing in each other pays for itself. drive.google.com/file/d/1GbBeeQ… #BasicIncome

Pay-go only makes sense when you have strong control. As of January when new House members are sworn in, Democrats only have moderate control. Pay-go is a no-no, @NancyPelosi

Wow, well that raised some eyebrows. OK so, we have a very diverse group of "democrats" entering the House majority in just a few short weeks. So the question is should the classic centrist democrats make the rules or should they bend to the new generation ?

Do you believe that conservative, not republicans but the mainstream Democrats should yield to progressives representing the new generation

Nancy Pelosi has already announced she wants to find "common ground" with fascists, racists & xenophobes. This is because the 2 main parties agree on 90% of the structural aspects of this country. The common ground is defending the class structure & further enriching the rich.
