That is interesting because I would personally already put Judge past Trout. Judge owns three of the four highest OPS+ seasons since 2010. Trout finds himself on this list tied for 5th, 11th, 14th, and 17th. Judge’s peak has been much more impressive and I would assume most of his counting stats will surpass Trout. Rate stats already do. Defensively, a tie is fair. Trout the much better base runner.
