Those who say they can't, and those who say they can, are usually both right.

As I’ve been arguing for some time, @realDonaldTrump should immediately use his constitutional power to call them back into session until they finish all necessary legislative business. Wouldn’t you like to be able, at your private job, to just give yourself off whenever you disagree with someone you must work with?

🚨🚨BREAKING NEWS: THE SENATE will go home until June, leaving the reconciliation bill unfinished. THUNE just told senators in the room. All because of the DOJ weaponization fund. House is expected to follow suit soon. me and @AndrewDesiderio

@Reuters Alleged? An individual was sentenced to 5 years in prison for the leak. That isn't alleged; it's confirmed by a criminal court.

U.S. President Donald Trump's administration created a nearly $1.8 billion fund to compensate victims of political "weaponization" to settle a lawsuit Trump had filed against his own government over the alleged mishandling of his tax records. Democrats and some Republicans have questioned the legality of the fund, as well as a part of the settlement "forever barring" the IRS from auditing past tax claims by Trump, his relatives and his businesses. 🔗 Read more: reut.rs/3RmVfnA ✍️ Dan Rosenzweig-Ziff 📸 Shannon Stapleton, Leah Millis

The DNC Autopsy report runs 192 pages. There is not ONE mention of Joe Biden's advanced age or the strategic decision to shield him from a public that thought he was too old to continue as president. Unreal.

Thomas Massie and I don’t agree on much. But billionaires and special interest groups spent $35 million in Kentucky to unseat one conservative congressman — all because he stood up to Trump. It’s everything that's wrong with our politics today.

When the High Clown pinecone first ran for congress he signed a pledge to only serve 3 terms. He ran on term limits. He broke that pledge and continued to run for term after term while still campaigning FOR term limits for everyone else Now his supporters that "believe" in term limits for "everyone else" are inconsolable when their guy got term limited by the voters he broke his pledge to.

It’s pretty simple: If Bernie Sanders, Ilhan Omar, Mehdi Hassan, Cenk Uygur, Hasan Piker, Ana Kasparian, Ro Khanna, the Krassensteins, and Harry Sisson are all lamenting the loss of a Republican candidate, then I am celebrating that candidate’s loss.

The irony of Thomas Massie supporters saying there was fraudulent voting in Kentucky, when Massie voted against the SAVE Act is peak irony.

One of our staples this year was hitting basketballs. Teaching ball compression. How to strike the ball properly. Adding in a load and pause as well. Band on the back arm, so the hands stay in a good launch position.

Marshall Cohen is the reporter from CNN who contacted the prosecutor in my case the night before my plea hearing asking the government to rethink offering me a plea deal. This came after 10 months of negotiations with the government. Cohen emailed my prosecutor saying he had reason to believe I was planning to plead guilty the next day — but that I did not actually believe I was guilty — and asked if the government would consider pulling the deal. (I have Cohen’s email to the prosecutor.) As it turns out, he was right. I was planning to plead guilty, and I wasn’t guilty. But to him, the story wasn’t that the U.S. government was coercing an innocent person into a guilty plea. The story was that he had an opportunity to join forces with a corrupt and weaponized government to strip a Trump voter of a misdemeanor plea deal and expose him to felony charges and prison time.

College athletics is so crazy now. Cal baseball, a team located on the Pacific coast but somehow in the ACC, flew to Charlotte, North Carolina for a single-elimination conference tournament game against Stanford… a school 90 minutes from their campus. They traveled 2,715 miles across the country to play a regional rival, lost one game, then had to hop on a 5.5-hour flight back to California 😂

when the 94’ earthquake hit in Los Angeles we had a republican governor, a heavily trafficked freeway overpass collapsed and had to be rebuilt. They finished it in 66 days They delivered the project 74 days ahead of the deadline. Newsom is either lazy or inept or both

Having covered the IRS for two decades and having testified before Congress, what’s concerning for analysts about the Southern Poverty Law Ctr is they’re a tax-free nonprofit claiming they’re just like law enforcement when they’re anything but that. They’ve been using donor cash to pay extremist informants inside groups like the KKK, when they have no oversight bodies, no transparency rules or accountability mechanisms that law enforcement has. Plus critics argue the SPLC has expanded far beyond tracking violent neo-Nazi or KKK organizations and now label mainstream conservative, religious, or immigration-focused groups as “hate” or “extremist” organizations just because SPLC disagrees with their ideology. That violates tax rules. For example, the SPLC recently added Turning Point USA to parts of its “hate map” - it cited TPUSA in May 2025. Four months later Charlie Kirk was assassinated. In paying extremists as informants, the SPLC crossed a line by secretly financing and allegedly helping sustain the very extremist networks it claims to fight. Donors were never told their tax-free contributions could indirectly finance extremist figures, with payments buried in shell companies and layered transactions allegedly created to conceal the payments—some informants allegedly continued organizing or encouraging extremist activity while being paid by SPLC. @x @ap @FoxNews @FoxBusiness @Reuters @CBSNews @ABC @NBCNews @WSJ @USTreasury @SecScottBessent @nytimes @JudiciaryGOP @GOPoversight

Probably the worst part about Jack Smith’s aide stealing those classified documents is how recently this happened, meaning that she remained inside the DOJ the entire time, with continued access and the ability to interfere, undermine, and sabotage this whole time.
