lot of DTC brands would make more money if they literally just sent more emails Pure volume 75% educational/community-based content, 25% selling. 3-5 campaigns like this every week 0 chance you don’t get considerably more placed orders by doing this consistently for a few months.

@umzrs Yeah but she's a woman so her opinion is not to be taken seriously Jk 100% true, and money is worthless anyway if you sell your soul and betray your principles to get it.

Does your zoom background matter for sales calls? Always been one to blur the background and always wondered if a clean background makes a difference.

Tell her you love her on the first date & she blocks you. Say the same 3 words after 6 months & she says them back... Same words, Same man, the only thing that changed is how much BELIEF existed before they were spoken most of you are saying "i love you" on day 1 in your marketing, and it's costing you $$$ the hoes to marketing funnel: Every sale on earth is a stranger crossing a gap On one side: a man with a problem & money. On the other side: your offer. The bridge between them is BELIEF... his belief that you understand his problem, that you can kill it, & that now is the time. No belief, no crossing. All of marketing is the construction industry for that one bridge There are exactly two ways to get a stranger's eyes & each one builds the bridge differently: Attention you PAY for is an interruption. He was watching something else & you shoved your face between him & it. His guard is welded shut because his brain correctly flags you as a salesman, & the meter runs whether he believes you or not... $40-150 for every human who so much as raises his hand, depending on the niche So paid attention needs a MACHINE bolted behind it. The industry calls it a funnel: the ad hooks him, the sales page argues with his objections one by one, the email sequence drips proof into his inbox for 2 weeks, the retargeting follows him around the internet like a debt collector. Every piece exists to manufacture belief from absolute zero, because he arrived with none. It works. It also RENTS the belief... the day the card stops, the machine stops, & the pipeline is empty by friday Attention you EARN is an invitation. He found one post because it was good. Then he read 30 more. Then he watched you predict something correctly, fix something in public, say the thing he'd been thinking for a year but couldn't phrase. For 6 weeks you've been walking around inside his head rent free at 1am. By the time a price shows up he arrives PRE-SOLD. The bridge was built before the offer existed & here's the actual mechanism underneath it, the part nobody says plainly: Content is a DEMONSTRATION. Every post is a public display of competence... you visibly solve pieces of the problem in the open, & the reader reaches the conclusion himself: "this man can fix my thing" A conclusion a buyer reaches HIMSELF is 100x stronger than any claim you make, because he trusts his own judgment with his whole chest & he trusts salesmen not at all. The girlfriend law again: "I love you" on date one is a claim. 6 months of showing up is a demonstration. Same information. Opposite result So every piece of content has exactly one job: install 4 beliefs in one specific buyer's head 1. you KNOW his problem, better than he can describe it himself 2. you are QUALIFIED to kill it... shown, never stated 3. he LIKES you 4. he needs it NOW I call it display of competence marketing. My term. When all 4 beliefs exist the sale takes one DM. When any one is missing, no funnel on earth can force it Now the wiring, because the two attention species need opposite machines & crossing them is the silent killer: 1... Paid: the funnel lives OUTSIDE the content. The ad is bait, the machine does the selling. Build every stage & skip nothing. Cold belief gets assembled piece by piece or it doesn't exist 2... Earned: the funnel lives INSIDE the content. No landing page. No webinar. No "book a discovery call" maze. A post, a DM, a price. The trust arrived before the offer did 3... Never cross the wires. Send warm readers into a cold-traffic funnel ("enter your email, watch this 40-minute video") & you're processing believers like cattle... they feel the insult & quietly leave. Show a naked price to ice-cold strangers & you're burning money with no bridge under it 4... The one legal cheat: run ads ONLY at people who already engaged with the content. Cold machine, warm fuel. Belief that takes 6 weeks to earn organically gets reinforced in 9 minutes of repetition & the cost per buyer falls through the floor The sequencing, by bank account: 5... Broke? Organic only. It bills you in time instead of cash & it forces you to learn your buyer one post at a time. A flopped post is a $0 lesson. A flopped campaign is a $3,000 one. Same lesson, different invoice 6... Never discover with paid money. Test offers in content, where failure is free. When one post closes 3 strangers in the DMs, THAT offer has earned ad spend. Ads exist to scale belief that already proved itself, never to go find it 7... Funded & impatient? Run both wires at once. Content fills the warm pool daily, ads harvest it weekly. Each machine feeds the other: engaged audiences make the ads cheaper, the ads shove more strangers into the 6-week belief oven Diagnose yourself with numbers you already have: - big traffic, dead DMs = cold machine pointed at warm people - cheap clicks, zero closes = warm treatment pointed at cold strangers - everything converts but growth is capped = organic-only, add the harvest wire - revenue tracks ad spend like a shadow = you own zero belief, & the day the card declines you'll find out the business was never there One machine rents belief by the click. The other owns it outright & collects forever Most businesses die in the middle... paying rental prices for belief they already owned, or demanding owner's privileges on belief they never built ive done millions in sales off X organic... real offer + money to invest -> dm me or yegor. com study this

To my agency bros, how many outstanding invoices do you let slide before you stop delivering work? Heard some horror stories recently, so I'm curious how other agency owners handle this At what point do you pause work until payment comes through?

One of our clients got 80 different cold email campaigns from us in June. Each one had its OWN list and its OWN angle. CONTEXT: The whole TAM was fashion retail brands... (one of, if not THE literal hardest niche to crack cold email with) A VAST majority of cold emailers would buy one giant list of it and blast the same email at every contact. We do the opposite: • The TAM gets sliced into small. relevant campaigns • Each one only gets copy that's true for that segment. That's how you run high volume in a niche everyone already calls saturated. That said… I wrote up the exact segmentation + testing system we run at this volume into one playbook. What's inside The TAM Segmentation Playbook: 1) The 6-way menu for slicing one TAM into 15-80 campaigns, with the exact tool for each slice 2) the PCPL kill rule we use: 4,000 emails and 0 positives means you change the angle.. 2 positives means you test variations on that same list 3) the small-TAM play for markets you'll exhaust in months: softer CTAs, value-led sends, webinars 4) why loan-offer campaigns land in spam the most, and what a nuanced offer requires instead 5) the daily watchlist that keeps 80 campaigns alive for one client at the same time 6) a one-page cheat sheet with the full menu and every PCPL threshold Want it? • Comment "SEGMENT" • Follow me so I can DM you the link (Must be following)

I hand-personalized my first cold emails when I started out and barely anyone replied. 87 lessons later, I know EXACTLY what I should have done from day one. For context... it took years of screwing it up at scale to learn what actually matters... and what's a total waste of time. Campaigns die and everyone rewrites the copy first. Meanwhile the variables that decide everything... the offer, and a metric almost nobody tracks... Never get touched. The agencies that get results diagnose by symptom instead: replies near zero with bounces high points to infrastructure. Opened but no interest points to the offer or the list. That said... I wrote all 87 lessons into one document: The 87-Lesson Cold Email Playbook. What's inside: 1) PCPL as your scoreboard... the one metric that decides every call we make (you won't see it in your sequencer) 2) The debug order for a dying campaign: replies near zero and bounces high means infra before copy 3) Why you build more lists instead of bigger ones, and the weekly list-building cadence behind it 4) The under-70-words rule: write to one person and keep it short... Two sentences gets read, five paragraphs gets deleted 5) Why you test offers and audiences before you ever touch a subject line... that's where the multiples come from 6) The sequence cap + recycle move: an opener plus 2-3 follow-ups in a 7-10 day window, then hit the openers again fresh 7) Speed-to-lead: work every positive reply within 5 minutes, then follow up until they book or tell you to stop These are proven on the millions of emails we've sent. Want it? • Comment "PLAYBOOK" • Follow me so I can DM you the link PS... the whole thing is 87 numbered lessons across 11 categories. No opt-in form, I'll send it straight to your DMs.
