we love working with international founders looking to build a bridge to the US - @speedrun can help you with everything you need to build in the US from visas to customs to banking to talent 🌎
Tom 🔨@tmhammer

30 of the 70 companies in our last @speedrun batch had founders born outside the US and if we keep doing our job – and we will – that number is only going up: * founders building products + teams internationally * builders stuck in an H-1B job ready to accelerate their slope * students here on F-1 who are ready to take a shot at their startup idea Speedrun Global Founders is our answer >> our end-to-end approach to guiding founders through visas, customs, housing, banking, and building local SF community, while enabling founders from all over the globe to participate in Speedrun we also have the coolest hat in venture - maybe thats a lame flex, but i honestly challenge you to show me better vc drip you might catch a few of our founders wearing them today. come through Global Founders and I’ll bring you one 🫡 -apply below my friends-

Compliance teams lose 12 weeks/year hunting answers across Slack, Drive, PDFs. YC just named the fix: Company Brain. We’re building it for compliance. → Living KB → Source-cited answers → Per-SME Slack personas → HITL by default EU-native. Germany-built. answerdeck.app @anugermanyvlogs

@contextconor @t_blom @ycombinator Built this for compliance. Every SME approval → smarter KB. Every answer → cites a source. Every Slack persona → owns one domain. No hallucination. HITL by default. Live POC. EU-native. Built in Germany. answerdeck.app

Application for @speedrun 07 are officially open. The program not only changed @GenwayAI trajectory, but also ours as founders. I am looking for a few folks to mentor, way more valuable than a scout cheque if you ask me. If you haven't done so yet - comment with a blurb of what you are building, and I will reach out via DM. A tip I shared with folks that attended SR06: If you are a team of 3+ crashing in SF/LA for the duration of the program, don't be cheap! Get an apartment with more than 1 bathroom... otherwise it will turn into Sparta quicker than you think 😅

Worrying that your startup will be eaten by the model companies is like worrying that your life will be constrained after you become a movie star. You're far more likely simply to fail.

@withkarann_ @ycombinator @gustaf Highly competitive space But great opportunity to sell the service vs the software Use AD to power the service under the hood Clients care less about how you do it as long as it gets delivered Very common this gets rolled into a vCISO service in a bigger play

I want to have a chat regarding Compliance. AnswerDeck is the compliance intelligence platform that kills the security questionnaire grind. Companies waste 12 weeks a year answering the same questions to close deals, and we give that time back. POC live at answerdeck.app, first pilot signed, 2 LOIs warm.

AI-Native Service Companies @gustaf The total spend on services is many times larger than the spend on software, and a lot of those services are already outsourced, which makes them easier to replace with an AI-native product. We're excited about companies that don't sell a tool to help you do the work: they just do the work.

Lately, I've been advising founders to vibecode their own CRM that reads their emails, calendars, and keeps things up to date in real time. It took me 2 hours to create my own using Claude Code (and I've never coded in my life). Am I crazy for suggesting this or do others agree?
