@PNCBank_Help Email alerts stopped working at 3:07 AM ET. I received 1 of 2 deposit alerts via email (received both via text message). Then authorized transaction alerts never came via email, just text, as well as others I have set up. Not just my account - have asked others.

Package was to be delivered today. Arrived at 2:10 am in hub that is 3 hours away from the delivery hub and has never moved since (no processing scans, no movement scans, nothing). Package is already 2 days late. Can you contact the Hub and find out if they plan on moving pkg?

@DisneyGiftCard Your overseas reps are useless. Bought a gift card and your system has a HOLD on it for some reason. Called over 14 hours ago and again minutes ago. Was told the request to remove the hold was expedited but I should call a third time in 30-60 minutes to check.

@AskCapitalOne Are you going to do anything or just tell me to call? That's the typical response and I waste an hour or more on the phone with an overseas rep who can't think beyond a script and can't understand me. This is not a "me" issue - all 3 alert types stopped working at the same time

@AskCapitalOne Alerts for credit card seem to be broken again ... this happens at least once a month ... all alerts such as "instant purchase notification" just randomly stop working for a day or two ... they were find earlier today ... now nothing for two transactions in a row

Missing emails I know should have come through (order confirmations, etc.) ... tried emailing myself from myself and it never came through either ... issue isn't just logging in as their system status message says ... it's also emails not being received.

@MSFT365Status It's not just the inability to login. I can login fine ... but I'm not getting emails. Will they be sent at some point are they all just going to be lost? I can't even email myself - I sent two emails from my account to my account and they never showed up as received.

@dunkindonuts Great email devaluing the rewards starting in October. Time to spend my points before they are worthless AND expire. Great changes … if looking to lose loyalty. Average increase of 100 pts for each reward item … wow.

@AskCapitalOne give it about 4 hours and if not fixed, call back in. I rely on alerts and it may or may not be identified and fixed is the solution? Awful service. This is the third time in 3-4 months I've had alert issues but normally at least email ones work - not today (3/3)

@AskCapitalOne and they think others are having issues so they'll open a ticket to Backend Support. I asked to be updated when issue is found and resolved and they won't let me know if an issue is found or not and since it seems to affect more than just me, I was told to (2/3)
