Should I add a Credit Card Processing fee? Facts: - Currently, we do not - We run over 7M via CCs annually (on file) - We don't offer any way to pay except CC Upside: - That's a lot of money if I add 2-3% Downside: - People hate them - They technically didn't agree to a CC processing fee when they signed up - Admin burden to communicate and execute Do I have to offer another option if I do this? Didn’t ask for evidence when they said “Our bad, you’ll need a booster every year.” You just got back in line for more of it. Didn’t ask for evidence when they said “We meant boost a few times a year.” You just nodded your head in agreement because look how far you’ve come. You can’t go back now. Oh but if someone tells you any of that was horrible and wrong and it’s ruined millions of lives… you’re going to need to see some “evidence” of it. 🥴 👍

@TeamHerrold It’s actually incredibly important for men to say they are taking parental leave in terms of gender equity/supporting your female colleagues. Younger men need to see their bosses taking time off to care for newborns so it does not automatically fall on the mother!!

This isn't going to go over well... For the dudes out there, if you experience the birth of your son/daughter, don't give a OOO notice saying you're on "Parental Leave." Just be gone.
