@zerohedge When you are willing to borrow at 14% for CRE preferred equity it means you have no more liquidity and probably within a year of wiping out equity holders. If built, the properties will go to creditors and probably has significant unpaid labor to contractors. Good luck!

NEW: Disgruntled employee starts massive fire at a 1.2 million square foot warehouse in Ontario, California. 29-year-old Chamel Abdulkarim was arrested on arson charges for setting a Kimberly-Clark warehouse on fire. Abdulkarim apparently filmed himself on Instagram setting toilet paper packages in the warehouse on fire. "You may not pay us enough to f*cking live, but these b*tches dirt cheap... There goes your inventory," Abdulkarim apparently said. "All you had to do is pay us enough to live. All you had to do was pay us enough to f*cking live." The warehouse is the size of 11 city blocks. In total, 175 firefighters and 20 engines were on the scene trying to put the fire out. No one was injured.

There is no supply shortage right now. Developers are holding firm on sky-high construction costs and refusing to take losses while sitting on completed units. Formula 1 just isn't the same to watch this year. It's not fun to watch a battery contest with drivers constantly lifting to replenish the energy system. The concept of ultimate racing is simply gone with these changes. Props to Mercedes for developing a great car, but they know as well as we do that this season is garbage. Management needs to get rid of the battery entirely and go back to its roots. Drivers, fans and teams are unhappy... Do what is best for the sport and do not cave in to ''green'' ideas that ruin what always worked.
