(ዘ-ሐበሻ ዜና) በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ ገቢዎች ቅርንጫፍ ጽሕፈት ቤት፣ የሕዝብን አደራ ወደ ጎን በመተው በሙስና እና በከፍተኛ የሥነ-ምግባር ጉድለት በተዘፈቁ 19 ሠራተኞች ላይ ከባድ እና ቀላል የዲሲፕሊን እርምጃዎችን መውሰዱን ይፋ አደረገ። ይህ አሳሳቢ እርምጃ የተወሰደው ተቋሙ የዘጠኝ ወራት የሥራ አፈጻጸሙን በገመገመበት ወቅት ሲሆን፣ ድርጊቱ በመንግሥት የገቢ አሰባሰብ ሥርዓት ላይ ያለውን የተጠያቂነት ክፍተት በጉልህ ያሳየ ክስተት ሆኗል። በተቋሙ የሪፖርት ማብራሪያ መሠረት፣ በሠራተኞቹ ላይ እርምጃ ሊወሰድ የቻለው ማሟላት የሚገባቸውን ሕጋዊ መስፈርት ሳያሟሉ የክሊራንስ አገልግሎት በመስጠት፣ ሳይከፈል የቀረን የግብር ዕዳ ያለአግባብ በመሰረዝ እና ከተገልጋዮች ላይ በቀጥታ ጉቦ በመጠየቅ ከባድ የሕግ ጥሰት ፈጽመው በመገኘታቸው ነው። በዚህም መሠረት ስድስቱ ሠራተኞች ከባድ የዲሲፕሊን ጥፋት እንደፈጸሙ ተረጋግጦ ከሥራና ከደመወዝ የታገዱ ሲሆን፣ ቀሪዎቹ 13 ሠራተኞች ላይ ደግሞ ቀላል የዲሲፕሊን እርምጃ ተላልፎባቸዋል። እነዚህ ሕገ-ወጥ አሠራሮች የዜጎችን እንግልት ከማብዛት ባሻገር፣ የሀገርን ኢኮኖሚ በቀጥታ የሚጎዱ ወንጀሎች በመሆናቸው የጉዳዩን አሳሳቢነት ይበልጥ ያጎሉታል። ይህ የቅጣት እርምጃ ተቋሙ "የሌብነት መሸሸጊያ አይሆንም" በሚል የጀመረው የሪፎርም ሥራ አካል መሆኑ ቢገለጽም፣ ድርጊቱ ከመፈጸሙ በፊት የነበረው የውስጥ ቁጥጥር ሥርዓት ምን ያህል ክፍተት እንደነበረበት የሚያመላክት ነው። ጽሕፈት ቤቱ ይህንኑ ክፍተት ለመድፈን አሁን ላይ ከውስጥ ቁጥጥርና ደህንነት አካላት ጋር በቅንጅት እየሠራ እንደሚገኝ ያስታወቀ ሲሆን፣ የተቋሙን ሠራተኞች የአመለካከት ለውጥ ለማምጣት እና በታማኝነት እንዲያገለግሉ ለማስቻል የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ መድረኮችን እያካሄደ መሆኑንም ገልጿል። ምንም እንኳን የተወሰዱት የማስተካከያ እርምጃዎች የሚበረታቱ ቢሆኑም፣ ተገልጋዮች ያለምንም ያልተገባ ክፍያ እና እንግልት ፈጣን አገልግሎት የሚያገኙበትን አስተማማኝ ሥርዓት መገንባት ቀጣዩ የተቋሙ ፈተና ይሆናል። ጽሕፈት ቤቱ በቀጣይ የአሠራር ክፍተቶችን በመድፈን እና የክትትል ሥርዓቱን በማጥበቅ ማንኛውንም ዓይነት የሙስና ሙከራዎችን በጽኑ እንደሚታገል ቃል የገባ ሲሆን፣ ይህ ቃል በተግባር መተርጎሙን እና ዘላቂ መፍትሔ ማምጣቱን የነገው የሕዝብ አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ሂደት የሚፈትነው ይሆናል።

(2/2) Initially it was only between the former bitter enemies of Tigray and Eritrea. Their plan being: to remove Abiy and place Debretsion in charge, that way the TPLF and EPLF mafias can continue to exist. But they know their population is too small to achieve this. That’s why they’ve now expanded it to the Amhara people whom they regularly dehumanize by calling us “adgi” (donkey). They paint this “Tsimdo” as a way for northerners to collectively remove a shared enemy (Abiy), but I don’t buy it! It is simply the same tired tactic of preaching collectivism while having ulterior motives. If we look at Tigray we can see “Tsimdo” has done nothing for them. Since 2025, Ethiopian gold and grain has been exported to Eritrea via Zalambesa yet the Tigrayan people haven’t received anything from Eritrea. It is only the Adwa-Shire oligarchs who’ve been making billions from this looting. Currently there is a fuel crisis in Ethiopia yet Eritrea has not imported any fuel for Amhara and Tigray via Massawa. Fano has not been given any weapons from Eritrea despite the fact that they seized an Azerbaijani ship containing weapons that Abiy ordered. Medicine has not been provided, etc… Yet now we’re being led to believe that these people have our interest in mind? I don’t think so and neither should you! They fear Amhara’s return to power. They know that we’ll destroy the empire of hate which they’ve built for over half a century. But there’s nothing they can do about it as long as we resist them! For the first time, the cards are in our hands. We can’t waste this opportunity! There’s no reason to be working with the very same people who actively claim our land! We need something new, something purely Amhara! And for those who claim we can’t do it alone, remember they need us more than we need them. Don’t forget the words of our martyr Gobe. “Tigray’s population is 6 million or so, Amhara’s population is over 30 million—…” Nobody other than Amhara is willing or capable of saving our people. We control our own destiny, let’s keep our struggle by Amhara for Amhara!

(1/2) Why I’m not impressed with “Tsimdo”, and believe it will bring more harm than good to the Amhara people: 52 years ago in 1974, the Amhara youth was fooled by others to depose Emperor Haile Selassie. Once Haile Selassie was gone, what happened? The Amhara intelligentsia was systematically purged and the Amhara people lost all their lands. After Amhara became landless, the Tigrinya speakers and Oromos established Ethno-Marxist militias whose primary goal was to destroy Ethiopian unity, vilify and displace Amharas, and ensure Amhara never secures power again. An example of a figure who did exactly this is, the recently deceased Zegeye Asfaw. Later, when the Tigrinya speaking, anti-Amhara, anti-Ethiopia rebels were closing in on Mengistu’s forces in 1989-91, they used Amhara once again. They promised that they would bring peace and end the war if they were allowed to peacefully pass through Wollo and Gonder. Once they took charge, Amharas were prohibited in influencing the direction which the country would take, post Mengistu. Instead it was the ethnic militias who formed following Emperor Haile Selassie’s demise. Following the chaos of the 90s the Amhara, have been subjected nonstop. Land remained in control of the state in order to keep Amhara weak. Tribe was written on identification cards so Amharas could be profiled and denied services. Development was scarce in Amhara while billions were being invested in Tigray. Amhara infant mortality became one of the nation’s highest, tied with Benishangul-Gumuz. Amhara schools were neglected and illiteracy grew among Amhara children. Hospitals did not receive adequate funding or supplies thus many have died from curable ailments. The combination of all of these factors led to Amhara’s population rate being 2.5 million short of the expected population during the 2007 census. Not surprising, there has been no census since. All of these crimes perpetrated by the EPRDF led to Amharas being used once again in the name of “change”. The OroMara movement of the 2010s led us to believe that this would free Ethiopia from the ethnic hegemony which plagued our country since 1991. Amharas protested en mass and fought against the EPRDF’s injustice. It succeeded in bringing down the TPLF regime but failed to destroy their system. Following the OroMara movement and the resignation of Hailemariam Desalegn, the OPDO took charge and Abiy Ahmed became Prime Minister. At the time, the majority of Amharas did not mind. Abiy was saying all of the things we wanted to hear. Unfortunately all of this came to a halt following the Pretoria Agreement which halted the Northern Ethiopia war. Despite Amhara involvement in the war, we were denied a seat at the negotiating table, just like 1991. Following the negotiations; Abiy announced that Amhara must disarm while the TDF maintained a mechanized army. Amhara rightfully refused this ludicrous request. The message had already been clear, disarm so TPLF can re-occupy the Amhara territories of Wolkait, Raya Azebo, and Raya Kobo. And so the war against the Amhara people had commenced, Abiy has been sending drones, tanks, and jets. Amhara civilians, schools, churches, and historic sites have been targeted as Abiy continues to lose his grip on the Amhara region. In 3 short years, Fano has become united and formed AFNM. ENDF soldiers are taking heavy losses and Abiy can’t do anything. Now the opportunist Adwa, Shire, Hamasien, and Seraye are trying to once again use the Amhara people for their self preservation. After Abiy announced his intention to return the former coastal province of Eritrea under Ethiopian control, we began to hear grumbling about this “Tsimdo”.
