Just spoke with @TeamPillen — As wildfires continue burning across Nebraska, @USDA and @forestservice crews, engines, and aviation resources are working alongside state and local partners to protect communities and contain these fast-moving fires. 🚒✈️💪🏼 One top request from Governor Pillen was for our USDA team to work with ranchers impacted by these fires to provide flexibility, including moving permittees to other available allotments for grazing. I am on the phone now and we will make this happen. I have also been in touch with @SecretaryBurgum and @Interior as we work closely together to do everything possible for those affected. Grateful for our first responders working around the clock to protect lives, land, livestock, and property. USDA will continue coordinating with federal, state, and local officials as these fires remain dangerous and active. Please keep these communities in your prayers. 🙏 More updates soon.

The reality of the unlawful targeting from Texas Department of State Health Services has had on our farm - Approx 1,000 gallons and counting of wholesome, healthy raw milk that usually goes to feed the families in our membership has been dumped into the compost. They don’t care about those families. Today, they told them “find it somewhere else.” As if they make it so easy for it to be found while they ACTIVELY try to shut down farms across the state?
