@sportinglifeca my package was delivered to the wrong address! Upon checking where it was delivered, the postal code wasn’t even remotely close to mine! Needed this item this week! How is this going to be rectified?! TForce was the courier you used. Already sent you a DM.

@PassportCan I mailed renewal applications on Feb 17. Ur office received it on Feb 22. My cc was charged on Mar 14. Ur site says processing times are 9wks plus mail time.We are now way past 9wks!Ur reps say it’s being processed!Why has it now gone past 9wks?! Can’t get thru ur#!

@beckers_bible Crews have identified additional defective equipment that needs to be replaced. They’re doing everything they can to restore power, but customers could anticipate the outage to continue into the night. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience.

We’re experiencing an outage in the 401/Kennedy area. Crews are on-site working as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, repairs are more complicated than expected, and the ETR is 8 pm. We understand this is a frustrating situation, and thank everyone for their patience.
