@robot, a little disappointed with my first @dbrand purchase (Order #23798932). Package arrived open with a sticker from USPS stating: “RECEIVED UNSEALED”. Thankfully all items were there. But the “Obsidian” skin is defective. There is a visible line through the clear coat layer.

@cvspharmacy, you guys purposely make it impossible to speak with a pharmacist when customers are most in-need. Tried contacting the location at 7950 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO. Waited 33 minutes on-hold and no one answered. Then your system just hung up on me. Wasted all my time.

Called again, and been on-hold for 10 minutes. Clearly you guys don’t give a sh*t.

@BarclaysBankUS Applied for a CC last night. Didn’t get auto approved because I previously put a fraud alert on my credit profile. Got called by a rep. while at work this morning & couldn’t pick up. They left a vm saying to call back, but then immediately declined my application!

Even if I reapply, someone will have to call me to verify it isn’t fraud, and they’ll call me while I’m at work, and I won’t be able to pick up, And then they’ll immediately decline my application and we’ll be back to square one. A waste of everyone’s time. Please investigate!

Asked to speak with a manager and there’s apparently none. Only solution offered was for me to apply for the CC again (online) & hope that it will go through. Even though we know it won’t auto-approve due to the fraud alert on my credit profile. Why is this so hard to understand?

@XcelEnergyCO I grew up in a third-world country, and the electricity company handled power outages better. You guys need to be held accountable. Refund everyone in the Denver area for this.

@RideRTD, a man just stopped me to say that the last 10 or 11 E-line trains have been cancelled and that he’s been waiting here since 5 AM. Cannot confirm what he said—but that’s just ridiculous. How is this acceptable?

@RideRTD why are so many E-line trains cancelled? Sitting here at Colorado station. The first northbound E-line is cancelled. And ETA for the one keeps increasing. Both southbound trains are cancelled. No announcement. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable in this cold.
