Happy Birthday Bharat Patel 1. You are 74 today. 2. You managed to fool many Zimbabweans including @JMavedzenge @ProfJNMoyo @ProfMadhuku @KMutisi but forgot to cheat me. 3. You wrote a Judgement, now known as Mupungu judgement, when you were 69 years old and while in court, Adv Eric Matinenga Challenged you on your authority and interest to hear and determine the matter, it was you with your own two lips who said you do not intend to extend your tenure and benefit from Constitutional ament Act 2. Correct? 4. You are still masquerading as a Judge and receiving our own hard earned money, 5 years down the line, on the basis of your own judgement. 5. For days now, Mupungu judgement has been quoted by the likes of @KMutisi @ProfJNMoyo @JMavedzenge in supporting or opposing a proposed 3rd amendment to constitution. Did you tell people and the world that it's not only Malaba who is stealing money from government on the basis of your judgement ,but you, the author of the fraud judgement, you are standing on top of your own judgement, as the basis of you being a judge of a fake constitutional court bench? 6. I am told that, on 20 May 2026, you and your fellow fraudsters, have invited @ProfMadhuku to come and play Tom foolery on us and he will pretend to be a saint fighting for people on the constitutional amendment bill that defies all international treaties and should on its own, never ever see light. 7. Of the rest, I am not a fool to be fooled by @ProfMadhuku 8. From onset, the idea of CAB3 came as an after thought strategy and the project is never ever meant to have the bill pass into law and we the clever lot know it. Let me show you that tomorrow. For today enjoy your Birth Day. 9. Also invite @JSCZim and @MoJLPA @AGZim_Official so that they take notes. 10. Take note that Malaba's was appointed in terms of our s180, not your friends' version of s180 and its him who refused to leave office not your invalid judgement that will remain invalid for ever. 11. Now that he announced his departure, what crushes is not just your bench as who ever came with the idea that on 20 May 2026 there is going to be a constitutional Court to sit to hear and determine the Madhuku fronted application. 12. Section 166(1) (a)states that constitutional court consists of Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice and (5) other Judges of constitutional court. 14. Here is the part you guys where bitten on your own game, the Zhou judgement was appealed to Supreme Court and when you got the Mupungu judgement you relaxed and the Supreme court application was withdrawn. Malaba also relaxed. The question is, how are you a constitutional court judge and how is Gwaunza a Deputy Chief Justice 15. We are not fools to exchange Bond note and US$

Meet Cde Godfrey Chanda a teacher at Sengezi Primary in Zhombe. He was teaching the Grade 7 Class this year. He managed a 67.8%, over 100% improvement from the 32% of 2024. In 2024 the best learner scored 17 units, this year the best learner scored 9 units followed by 10, 12, 13, 14, 16. This is the amazing work that ARTUZ teachers do in rural areas. CDE Chanda has suffered persecution at the hands of the state including abductions, arrests, suspensions and a forced transfer. True to ARTUZ culture, Cde Chanda has remained loyal to the cause of providing the best possible learning instructions to learners. Share stories of the best teachers you know. #CelebratingTeachingPatriots @MoPSEZim @advocatemahere @eduint @daddyhope @OMasaraure

While it’s vital to show solidarity, it shouldn’t be used as an opportunity to lie unprovoked. Bro was never arrested “with” Job, instead they met at the police station & he posed for a photo with him. Bro was facing a charge which he was promptly discharged from without trial.

🟩 Press Statement Senator Jameson Zvidzai Timba Leader, Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) Harare | 6 November 2025 *Tanzania’s Elections: The AU Must Match Principles with Action* The African Union Election Observation Mission’s preliminary report on Tanzania’s 2025 elections confirms widespread concerns of repression, exclusion, and violence. When opposition leaders are jailed and citizens are silenced, an election ceases to be an expression of will — it becomes an instrument of control. While the AU has rightly called for reforms, such reforms depend entirely on the political will of those who benefit from the current illegitimacy. Without accountability, the language of reform becomes the vocabulary of delay. I reiterate my position: neither SADC nor the African Union should legitimise a government born of a flawed electoral process. To do so would be to betray their own founding charters and the citizens they claim to represent. The struggle for democracy does not end when ballots are cast; it continues until the people’s choice is respected. I therefore urge the opposition and civil society in Tanzania to keep their foot firmly on the pedal. If they lift it even once, it may never return — for once authoritarianism takes root, it hardens. The iron must be struck today while it is hot; tomorrow it will not bend. Regional and international solidarity must remain unwavering until the will of the Tanzanian people — freely expressed in a genuine, competitive election — is restored. We await the AU’s final report. I expect it to speak with courage, clarity, and fidelity to the principles of the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance. The future of our continent depends on institutions that defend democracy, not those that excuse its defilement.

"If you go to Kenya, South Africa Zambia etc you find former presidents there" - Prof Madhuku bashes Mnangagwa and ZANU PF over 2030 proposal. Madhuku says "no good president wants to die in power." It is when your CV top list is filled with corruption, nepotism, bad governance, human rights abuses and underdevelopment one wants to stay beyond constitutional limits. Video: 263chat

🔸Zanu PF knows that the public is against the intended extension of Mr Mnangagwa’s term of office. This is why they do not want a referendum to be held even though the Constitution expressly requires one to be held before their constitutional amendment can take effect. They are banning elections and banning a referendum. They fear the will of the people. We need new leaders.🇿🇼

Feuding ZANU PF Activists Exchange Words Over Who Should Be Arrested First ZANU PF A heated online spat has erupted within ZANU PF ranks after Kudzai Saruwaka questioned the legality of the MATRIX organization, run by Tafadzwa Chidawa, accusing it of using a military syllabus to “remove the civilian mindset” from ordinary citizens. Saruwaka called on @PoliceZimbabwe to investigate, describing the process as “abuse to citizens who didn’t volunteer to join the military.” Chidawa, who has been arrested several times to account for the operations of MATRIX, fired back, daring Saruwaka to “go to the nearest police station and file a report.” He mocked his critic for “exposing himself too soon,” and accused him of working with “drug lords” funding demonstrations. Meanwhile, Saruwaka himself is on the police wanted list for distributing flyers, making the public feud between the two all the more ironic, each calling for the other’s arrest while dodging law enforcement scrutiny.

Darkness Before the Uprising: Harare Shuts Down Ahead of Protests In Harare’s CBD today, from early in the morning, there was no electricity. This caused widespread disruption, from malfunctioning traffic lights 🚦 to the paralysis of businesses that rely on power for daily operations. Darkness filled shopping malls across the city. In an interview with an ice cream and ice cube business owner, who spoke on condition of anonymity at one of Harare’s well-known malls, she said the blackout could be linked to the protest planned for tomorrow, which aims to remove the “incompetent” Mr Mnangagwa and his corrupt Zvigananda. The woman shared that she became an ice cream vendor after failing to secure formal employment. The pressure of unemployment, she said, pushed her to start a small business to fend for her family. Her story reflects the reality faced by many Zimbabweans, graduates and youths hustling as if they never went to school. This, many argue, can be blamed on ZANU PF’s failure to create jobs for the country’s young people, forcing nearly everyone into vending. Those operating in shopping malls are barely managing to break even, with the Harare City Council demanding exorbitant license fees and taxes. Struggling to pay rent and bills has become the daily life of the ordinary Zimbabwean. Mnangagwa’s regime has been accused of deliberately cutting off electricity during crucial moments such as this. Sometimes, even the internet is shut down to prevent people from mobilizing. #MnangagwaMustGo #Zvigananda
