Despite contacting the service centre multiple times, we are not receiving proper support and feel that we are being misled. I purchased electronic items from Vijay Sales – Chandrayangutta branch – worth around ₹2 lakhs, including ACs, a fridge, a TV, and a Zebronics home theatre system. At the time of purchase (19/01/2026), I clearly mentioned around 10 times that my requirement was for the TV and home theatre to connect via Bluetooth only. I specifically asked for Bluetooth connectivity between the TV and home theatre. However, till now, the issue has not been resolved. Today I visited the store, but there was no proper response. The executive there does not even know whether the devices support Bluetooth connectivity. Instead, they are pressuring and forcing me to use HDMI. Their way of talking to customers is also not appropriate. I have call recordings as proof. Now, who is responsible for this issue – Vijay Sales or Zebronics? My requirement was clearly mentioned multiple times that the TV and home theatre must connect via Bluetooth. If this is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities. @VSSupport_ @VijaySales @zebronics @bajajelectronic @PaiElectronics
