The product was shipped in a large outer carton, but the inner product box was completely loose inside without any cushioning or protective material. Upon opening the box, I found multiple scratches and scuffs on the device. handled. @zebronics @zeb_techsupport

Hi @Flipkart, I’ve been a customer for years, but I’m disappointed. I bought a Zebronics speaker, and above 60% volume, it’s distorted. Your customer care says no returns, only replacement. If something’s faulty, I don’t want it replaced—I want a return. @zeb_techsupport

This is unacceptable for a product which costed me around 10k and was used not more than twice

Bought a Zebronics 9400 soundbar and now facing a major issue — faulty motherboard. Seeing multiple customers report the same problem. Replacement motherboards are either unavailable or being sold at extremely high prices, almost equal to the soundbar itself.

We purchased a Zebronics monitor via Zepto today for our CCTV visuals. While setting it up, a line immediately appeared on the display clearly a faulty unit. We have already raised a complaint and uploaded the image, but there has been no resolution so far. Dear Zepto team, we sincerely request your support in getting this replaced at the earliest. We are not seeking a refund we simply need a proper working monitor for our CCTV operations. Hoping for a quick and responsible resolution. @ZeptoNow
