@DixitPoona35988 Always buy COD only. Otherwise things end up just the way you are now. Now you are at their mercy. If they cancel & return money. It will be minus handling chgs etc. But why? I learnt lesson & only buy products if they have COD.

Myntra is doing fraud with customer. I have ordered 4 products and received only two ordered products & they marked all four delivered. After several calls & complaints, they refused to accept their mistake. Myself lost money.

In last 10 days out of 15-20 orders I placed, I complained for 3-4 & I neither got refund or replacement, replacement was acceptable in case of ice creams & all but you provided no resolution. I am genuinely disappointed @albinder @deepigoyal I am using this app for last 5 yrs

Found an insect in Vande Bharat train food (Ahmedabad → Mumbai). Atleast 2 such cases in my coach, everyone stopped eating after that. I am certain the food is not being prepared as per FSSAI standards. When found guilty, their license should be cancelled. Hope this doesn’t get settled through bribes.

The Caterer must be fined & ban imposed. Quality control. IRCTC must send Inspectors who must check from raw material (has to be good quality) Not expired, hygiene, other factors.
