@traversymedia I’m treating AI as a coworker and trying not to outsource thinking but augmenting it. And I insist on still designing and coding by hand so I don’t lose my skills. I just want to work faster, not stop working, not stop having ideas.

AI is amazing, and getting into things like OpenClaw has opened my eyes to how much you can automate. But I’m starting to feel the downside too. At a certain point, it starts feeling like I’m outsourcing my own thinking. It’s both cool and scary.

i'm back to cursor again (the agents view not the editor) i like that i can mix remote and local connections i use local for electron/swift apps and remote for web apps works way better than codex and consumes less resources i can also switch to gemini/opus for ui fixes

My January prediction came true. Cursor is killing it with their new model and Claude is reducing usage allowance.

That’s a narrow view. I am a Claude fanboy myself but this is bad behavior from Anthropic. I used to be able to work all day with my 5x Max account. That’s why I subscribed in the first place. But it’s been 4 days with errors, disappearing messages, time outs, etc. And no plausible explanation from them.

Hot take. Everyone cancelling their Claude subscription because the subsidisation is now less were shit customers who were never going to spend sufficient money anyway. Google learned this the hard way attracting the bottom of the market.

@claudeai this is so frustrating! And entire messages disappear, Claude looses context and doesn't know what we're talking about anymore.

@zehfred @claudeai that has been an error for quite some time that they fix and it keeps popping back up. I have no idea why they cannot figure these issues out.

I'm on the @claudeai Max 5x plan and this is my usage. It's not normal at all. I never ever reached any limits since I subscribed. But now I've already consumed 16% and it's Tuesday. Didn't do anything different from what I usually do, other than using Cowork more today. Something is off and @AnthropicAI silence is starting to worry me.

@ridd_design Such an amazing tool! It's been replacing Figma for me, for some personal and client projects and I think it's definitely staying in my tool belt. Love it.

I cannot overstate how much this little tool has changed my design workflow over the last few weeks 😮 Being able to grab something from prod, paste it into the canvas, and have Claude spin it up 6 different ways is insane I've also started using it to create a pseudo version history of my code explorations too. Before prompting a change I create a quick snapshot and dump it into Paper. Never in a million years did I think my workflow would change so much from 2025 to 2026.

I'm testing a completely new (to me) hybrid approach to building static sites. I'm testing an Astro setup using VSCode, Claude AI, and the Greenlight VSCode addon for an AI process that lets me easily edit the designs afterwards with a visual approach, as I do in Bricks.

@jumperz That's obviously fake. I use and abuse my max subscription and never reached any limit. Literally have 5 consoles running opus and never reached the limit

yeah, there’s obviously something wrong with Claude and you can’t convince me the opposite.. This was 3 prompts btw on Claude max
