Jon Rahm made 7 birdies to close with a 4 under par 68, his lowest of the week, to currently be T40 at the Masters. After the round, he said he’s going to change some things in his preparation, but wouldn’t say what: “I got away a lot of what not to do. Today was much better. Crazy, same person, right? Even though I made some mistakes I was able to rectify quite a few of them and have a good round. Too bad the bogey on 18. Maybe the wrong club off the tee. Bit of a change in the gust. I don't know. “But, yeah, I'll say it again, a lot of what not to do. Played really bad the two days. Shot 2-under on the second round but that was about as good as I should have shot with how I was hitting it. “Definitely some things I'm going change going forward. Preparation-wise and what to do. But it's hard to say how much I learned because I don't think we ever seen a Masters this firm and I don't know how long tease going to be until we do again. Both off the tee and on the greens. “Have you ever seen looking down the property how yellow the patron areas and how brown and purple parts of the greens and fairways are? It will be a long time until we see it like this. Definitely have some things in mind for future editions where it gets to this level.” When asked for more specifics, he said: “Nope. Not going to say it.” Jon came into the week as one of the favourites and will no doubt be disappointed with his performance. Dan Walker is facing an employment tribunal accused of misogyny, sexism and bullying by his former Channel 5 News co-anchor Claudia-Liza Vanderpuije. The black female presenter claims he targeted her during their year working together from April 2022; she left the channel in 2023. Vanderpuije sought a settlement up to £13m, later reduced to £4m, both rejected. An internal ITN probe in April 2024 fully exonerated Walker, finding no evidence of any wrongdoing. He strongly denies all claims and has over 50 character witness statements from colleagues, footballers and Olympians. Tribunal starts April 20 in London. Is it me or does something seem off here?
