AI has made coding cheaper but not thinking. seeing a thoughtful analysis, pull request, or design doc is still a delightful surprise.

GPT-5.6-Sol just accidentally deleted almost ALL of my Mac’s files. And this is why I trust Fable 1000x more.

-we have a milk pudding that contains an entire chicken breast called tavuk gogsu. -sicily has been baking beef into chocolate cookies since the 1500s. -in bogota, people drop cheese into their hot chocolate and fish it out with a spoon. I love dishes that sound like a mistake until you take a bite and go wow, this is so creative. today built a fun project to collect those and try them at home >> unusual.recipes if you now a dish that should belong here, reply or there's a suggest button on the website!!

We have a family library here at Silvamore. I’m still finding new things in it, despite much pruning. The magic for me is when my daughter says “teach me things about the library” and we go explore together.
Simon Sarris@simonsarris

Actually against this. Yes, you should start many books and complete few. You should buy them on a whim. Your home library should act like one: you should not know its entire contents, you should discover and rediscover within it. But you should also prune without mercy.

@zodattack Ok but do they need to use low/medium/high/xhigh reasoning to find it? That's where the differentiator lies.

my favorite thing about GPT 5.6 is that it's a fucking stellar researcher. you can now work at the level of your ideas. here's the entire prompt we used to get 5.6 Sol to post-train 5.6 Luna:
