Foremost, I can confirm that there is no gun listed on Charlie’s death certificate. That is atypical in Utah cases where the gun is recovered and known. I was told that Dr. Trotter was phoned by Erika and Andrew Kolvet on the day of Charlie’s private Catholic Funeral Mass. Erika initiated the phone call, wanting something they could share with the public which might reasonably explain why the 30-06 bullet did not pierce through Charlie’s neck. Dr. Trotter is a hunter and said that he wasn’t sure but suggested ‘perhaps’ it was a frangible round. Erika then said she was sure it was because Charlie ate healthy and likely had a man of steel neck. Andrew then tweeted (with Erika’s full permission), a quote that was not ever uttered by Dr. Trotter. Months later Erika would lie to my face and claim that Andrew went rogue, AND the surgeon went rogue (violating HIPPA) and that she was not at all a part of their conversation or its resulting tweet. This is one of many reasons I began to see her as deceitful and worthy of further investigation. There is no viable reason why the bullet— a fuller bullet—was not recovered from Charlie’s body. It could not have simply shattered into a bunch of unrecognizable shards, were it not a frangible round (something readily understood by the surgeon himself). And to be clear, it was not a frangible round.

Yes, constitutionally that right is guaranteed to defendants however Erika is listed as the Victim of this case, and Utah has its own set of state victims’ rights. Erika filed a motion for a speedy trial under state laws on January 16th.

Why was Tyler Robinson denied the initial counsel of his choice from beggining? Why was TR denied the pro bono representation of top New York based defense attorneys by the Judge. Why is the Judge demanding that TR can only be represented by the defense attorney that the Prosecutor has assigned? Why does TR not only have to face the full fabricated investigation might of the State of Utah and THE FBI, but now has to essentially face the crooked high priced Attorney of choice paid by EK & TPUSA donations as becoming the back up redundant Prosecutor? As I have said for years, we need cuffs on corrupt Judges, Law Enforcement, Federal Agents and Politicians. These blatantly corrupt officials are committing a second murder to cover up their first murder in this case. Either they can repetatively reproduce the same wound woth a 30.06 at that distance OR all these officials are involved in criminal conspiracy before, during and after the fact. It is that black & white. And thanks to the millions of podcasting manhours out at the ranges by elite weapon professionals, we can decisively say that a 30.06 absolutely did not enter Charlie Kirk's neck and cause his death. Which means TR could not have caused Charlie's death. And subsequently means the 30.06 was stolen and planted by FBI agents as part of a pre fabricated patsie smoke screen to illegally steer investigations away from the actual killer(s). Requiring them to have pre-knowledge of the crime and who did it. This is not hard to grasp deductive reasoning. It is actually further indicting of Gov misconduct that they are now trying to insert that the weapon used to kill CK was not a 30.06, but now they want to change it to a folding AR platform that has not been introduced to the case. Meaning the prosecution can now just make up weapons, names, clothes, motives arbitrarily when the verified facts have completely shattered the state's case? This is disgusting that there is not more outrage on both the right & left over this. 😢

Tyler Robinson's defense is making a perfectly reasonable request to be granted a continuance because the ATF and FBI will not hand over files they have had since September. Erika's lawyers are fighting this continuance—they want the preliminary hearing to go forward. They claim they have enough circumstantial evidence, and they plan to object to some of the discovery requests anyway. Why would they object to the discovery requests? Why would they want the case to go forward without the FBI and ATF having produced the DNA data and chain of custody pertaining the very videos they plan to present at the probably cause hearing? This is outrageous. This case SHOULD NOT GO FORWARD until the defense is given the discovery that Kash Patel is withholding.
