Sauf que rien dans ma boite aux lettres. Alors soit c’est le facteur qui s’est gardé mon colis, soit il l’a mis dans la boite aux lettres d’un voisin qui l’a gardé du coup, soit c’est amazon qui a pris mon colis en me livrant un autre colis. Amazon est passé après la poste.

Je suis vraiment un chat noir avec les colis moi. Mais là c’est vraiment la galère. J’attendais un colis de la fnac. Il a été expédié dimanche. Du coup hier soir avant de me coucher je regarde le suivi pour voir où il en est. Et là je vois que le colis a été livré lundi.

@AmazonEurope - especially when they are saying I'll "definitely" get the refund after the automated process has finished it's glacially slow cycle. If definite, then why not right away?

Still waiting for @AmazonUK to refund me for the laptop that when delivered was a box of Daz and some coop cat food. Swapped out somewhere en route. Despite their system saying I'd be refunded on the 2nd Dec twitter.com/oolon/status/1…

@AmazonAppsUK That wasn't totally helpful, told I'll have to wait til Dec 22nd! Why is it taking so long to refund an obviously incorrect item. Told I'll definitely get the refund, but it'll take the automated system another 2 weeks at least to get it to me. Bit slower than your deliveries!

It has been 5 days since i have raised the concern
Firstly , Amazon did not care to reply
Even after giving the pictures of the things i have received.
After talking to the customer service today , The Amazon Specialist , named “Ayush” , said the investigation is completed & they have concluded that they have sent the right product
When i had asked for the proof , he said he doesnt have any control & cannot help about it
Is Amazon cheating its customer & misleading them by sending out the wrong products ?
Its shameful for an organisation of this size to do such petty things and not solve consumer problem
Will definitely raise a complaint on consumer portal as amazon refuses to help
Like & Retweet so that it gets shared to maximum people

@AmazonEurope I’m KyrstaleSavage nope I asked for it to be at the mailbox so delivery 🚚 doesn’t have to walk up the driveway, I let the fed-ex lady drive up to the dirt cuz she a little person an a woman 👩🏼 less walking.

@AmazonEurope I NEVER had ANY interaction with hub locker until it auto-magically 🪄 showed up 5 days ago when I tried to order.
Hub locker is NOT in “your addresses”. I only have 2: me & relative.
This is a HUGE deal for me: I will NOT pay for a delivery that is not actually *delivered*.

@AmazonEurope I am trying to order something from @Amazon USA. On attempted checkout it is insisting delivery to “amazon hub locker” (like I said). I DO NOT WANT THAT! I want it delivered to my home like my dozens of previous orders!
What is point of paying for delivery if I have to pick up?
