The only KPI I care about:
Number of apps in our ecosystem that have "1 chain" next to their name on @DefiLlama.
I think it's paramount to foster an ecosystem that supports builders to such a degree that they go all-in on you/your eco.

All ecosystems should strategize around various duration initiatives.
"Short loops and long loops"
AI is the obvious long-loop for me. Something that will only accelerate and that MegaETH is perfectly architected for:

→ Massive scale
→ Predictable costs

Had a great debate with @arjunsethi from Kraken at NEARCON about when AI agents will actually be ready to manage real capital. My take: agent reliability is a step function. At 90% accuracy, it's a cool demo, but doesn't really change anything. Even at 98%, it's not good enough. But at 99.8%, it changes everything. Right now we're still around 90%, which puts us in the "cool experiment" territory, but you can see it starting to poke through. That's why everyone's excited; we're rapidly ascending the reliability curve. But we're not there yet. Think self-driving cars circa 2017. Small pockets of places willing to try them, frequent failures, high risk tolerance, human drivers as guardrails. That's where we are right now with "self-driving wallets." Arjun says he'd put 100% of his crypto into an AI agent within 6-12 months. I don't believe it. 2 years, maybe. But I'll be checking back in 12 months!

Not sure why we haven’t seen more onboarding yet
Megaeth is literally the best place to build them, all the tools you need + insane low latency and low fees

Ryan's right here. With such high TPS numbers and ability to do endless transactions are we not seeing Jevon's Paradox play out this time? This goes for the entire cohort of "fast, cheap" performant chains. So many of them are underutilized & blockspace is clearly beyond abundant at this stage. The end of this crypto winter & beginning of a new speculative, risk-on season will help & agents will, too I'd imagine. Would expect Mega to see a steady uptick in the coming months.
