The meltdown over Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is truly something EVERYONE needs to pay attention to. You see, as the first & only black woman to ever serve on the court, she had to be 10 times better than most… She continues to flex her brilliance in oral arguments & many dissents. Please note that by the time a black woman ascends to a powerful position, she Definitely Earned It… if you have any questions… let’s talk about Senator, now Secretary Mullin… or please pull the resumes of some of the other justices before entering this chat… actually just don’t, it’s not a debate, these are FACTS (alternative facts = LIES).

@JasmineForUS Independent. Only YOU would say "flex her brilliance". The one who couldn't "define a woman" as she was not a biologist. (Seemed simple, XX chromosomes). So a "black woman who ascends" has "earned it", but no one else? You mean like she "earned" her "Juliet" Broadway spot?

@StrixOptions @itsCblast Lot of people grabbed the 6445-6455's at that 10:55/11 (EST) 6,410 level and then doubled down on the 12 o clock confirmation/hold. No "genius" involved. Just calculated R/R on PA/Established levels.

So now you're opposed to CBD? Which is not psychoactive. In the name of "Cannabis Industry Victims"? "Big marijuana"? I am now truly a believer of "cannabis psychosis". These actions are truly the definition of such. It terrifies me you actually get behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.

Alongside allies, we at SAM are suing to stop CMS from implementing its program to cover some CBD and THC products. CMS should focus on proven treatments for Americans, not the snake oil being pushed by Big Marijuana. Read our complaint below. learnaboutsam.org/wp-content/upl…

American recently moved to Chicago, she just had her car broken into for the second time She shows they not only broke her window, but tore all the wires from her steering wheel “The other Honda Civics — Same thing happened to them. All 3 of our cars damaged — when is this going to end? — It's insane. I'm so over this place” Democrats do this to our cities

@grok @GBX_Press @Grok, I'm surprised. Are we going to do this again? The line which joins them near the neck and separates them is almost straight down. Also, explain the shadows around their heads, but not on the walls several feet behind them from the positions in the photos.

This image is AI-generated and fake—not from Epstein files (none match it, per DOJ releases and Snopes analysis). It emerged online after the Jan 2026 batch but isn't in any verified documents. No original real photo exists like this. The man on the right is depicted as Jeffrey Epstein (with his arm around an unidentified young woman), but his hair appears unnaturally dark vs. confirmed gray in 1997 photos of him with Trump. No evidence of a photo splice; it's created from scratch with AI flaws (e.g., malformed hands/fingers on Trump and kids). Real 1997 Trump-Epstein images show different appearances and settings.

It broke through every level of note, and weakness across the market was clear pretty early in the day. Plan for today was play the opening pop and short the rest of the day. Why was anything else interpreted is the question?, followed by discipline/continued calls despite entire day being weak? And now we have the news, which was inevitable, but either one is playing "feel" and speculation or the chart.

That 6,569 level was pretty firm (654-654.5 SPY). Then you had the 6,544 which had a little chop (650.5 SPY). Bounced/chopped a little (37-44) but rejected it. Downside today was pretty clear after that initial rejection. TSLA/NVDA weakness (and others) pretty much spelled out a fade day early on.

@itsCblast I had 6,5444 as key level. Looks like a 6,537 level established, but looks like (unless news) and if breaks 37 and then 6,533. Which it now seems both have broke. 6,569 level had a lot of trouble, and seems like a fade day so far.

Seriously considering beginning to establish larger long term positions. Started with checking on October-Jan 27' 120p's. Doesn't seem like something that will hold long term as it's not winning Iran global support, and Hormuz being pushed on everyone else. (Strategy, exactly what I would do).

So you post a speaker talking about the effect "on kids", while the same speaker says the industry restricts access to those under 21, who then says essentially "but that doesn't matter", about a product that has been easily accessible by minors through the black market for the past 50 years. In the same week that the DEA released a statement regarding declines in underage use. But your efforts are not directed towards the black market. The very same sources that provide it freely to underage individuals. Just the taxed and regulated markets which restrict access. "Social disapproval"? Everything starts at home. Is there "social approval" of alcohol? Yet what percentage of the nations youth consume alcohol? Is it the same as cannabis? No. But if the nation's youth could purchase alcohol 24/7 freely as they can now with cannabis, and always have been able to, what do you think the underage use of alcohol's statistics would be? The same? Or higher? Ask the average adult about their stance on "Rescheduling". Now ask the youth. Do you really believe for a moment 97% have any idea what you would be talking about? The reason there is "social approval" is the majority of the population, law enforcement included has deemed it such for decades. Decades. And this is the reason these efforts are deemed comical by the overwhelming majority. And you have essentially no credibility with the same. Your efforts continue to focus on adult access and use yet continuously stay as far away from any and all actions to address the criminal activities and trafficking of not only cannabis, but the narcotics which are freely available nationwide, and leave a path of fatalities and cost to society only comparable to actual war statistics. If you had any actual interest in public health and safety, you would be addressing the latter. Not adults under taxed and regulated programs. Making their own personal choices.

I see the cannabis rescheduling comments continue. A very interesting addition to the subject- Most have a basic understanding of 280E, but few are aware, not only is that specific industry the only business/industry in America that is prevented from the same basics all enjoy, but even Sched 1 manufacturers (pharmaceutical co.'s) are not subject to it. The only one. Out of every industry in the U.S. Another interesting note is out of 165MM employed Americans, only those 500k+ industry employees are prevented from the most basic rights that all others (164.5MM people) in the U.S are able to have through employment. While I have seen various opinions regarding employment stats, it seems their not even included in U.S employment stats. (Per AI, which may or may not be correct) Image attached to outline and assist. All at a time when again countless individuals continually (and loudly) "fight for the rights" of virtually every segment in the U.S. Everyone's. But again, not their rights. Not on this issue. It's actually quite fascinating. People should also remember Mr. LeVell is a very good man, who has done his best, and who I am sure continues to. Worthy of note as well and touched on briefly- It does seem to possibly leave some "wiggle room" for additional interests in retail. (MSA's/CSA's, etc) It is not uncommon for numerous MSO's to significantly exceed cap limits through "creative means". I happen to know this for a fact. Firsthand. Some by 3-5 times the "allowable" limits. Usually MSO's (and even "smaller" operators) have significant input into legislation drafted and any/all amendments to follow. Brief outline attached-(Grok assisted to streamline) There's always a way. Many have large teams constantly exploring how to accomplish it. (I've sat in on quite a few of those round table sessions over the years, on both sides (Bill content and language, as well as bill language analysis/circumvention possibilities the "letter of the law" leaves open) (It does seem to call for ownership audits, but in various states those simply never occur either, so, another aspect-Enforcement/lack of/no penalties, etc). Some states do. Some never do. Some may, but then do not apply penalties, etc. Additional note- Retail is of course much quicker to get up and running. Cultivation less. Also dependent on regulations and what is called for (and not). Also relates to cost. The greater the cost, the slower additional sites roll out. Which leaves a longer run for the Med/AU original op's (and Revenue's). I've seen roll outs where 3 years later people are still not up and running due to funding issues. (Common with "social equity"/smaller groups awarded licenses). As tickers mentioned, market wise, it's yet another AU state with a jump in revenues and holdings due to additional locations. 1st year should probably see 9 figures in revenue (each MSO) assuming a $1 Billion market, which it will probably exceed. (Which prompted me to check on AU market estimates, and also directed Grok to take into consideration border states/traffic which is usually immense regardless of the state and program. (And usually the first choices for site selection for many.) Border stores extremely profitable in many markets.
