ASSESSMENT OF PROGRESS IN A WAR: There are ways progress on the BATTLEFIELD is measured. We build what is known as "MEASURABLE MODELS" using what is called WARTIME ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK. In these, the Primary Question is: "WHO IS WINNING"? You got to determine What was the THEORY OF VICTORY at the initial execution of the war? What was it intended to achieve? Then we deal with NATURE OF ENEMY RESISTANCE; has it been subdued, or it's on the up? Then there is what is known as "CLOSING THE NET". Here, you consider whether CONDITIONS of COMPELLING the Enemy to SURRENDER have been achieved, etc.... If we take this U.S/ISRAEL WAR, the INITIAL DECAPITATION DIDNT WORK because there was no REGIME COLLAPSE, OR REGIME CHANGE...So destruction of Iran navy, Airforce, ect were not the INTENDED INITIAL IMPACT OF THE WAR. So the initial attack RESULTED IN NO VICTORY. I will jump the rest and come to the last, ie. "CLOSING THE NET". This is perhaps the most interesting, because instead of U.S/ISRAEL having achieved conditions to force IRAN to surrender, we see Iran now issuing it's own CONDITIONS👇. WHAT DOES THAT SHOW? Hence, this has now led to a situation of "UNCERTAIN OUTCOME". So by this framework, Trump's claim of victory doesn't make sense in Military terms.

Very pleased earlier, to virtually address some of the recently elected @NUP_Ug leaders at the levels of Member of Parliament, District Chairperson and Mayor, at a retreat held at One Love Beach, Busabala. I congratulated them on their victory, but reminded them that hundreds more were elected but were rigged with so much impunity by the regime. I reminded them to not lose sight of our main goal which is to redeem our nation from dictatorship. I charged them to remain united and avoid the temptations that come with leadership spaces under a dictatorship. I was very delighted to hear about the many other discussions they had regarding the political prisoners and other violations which happened in the election. These comrades also had a lengthy discussion focused on how to put the values of our party into practice as they embark on their leadership roles. We shall see them according to their fruits! #FreeUgandaNow
